??!????,,? OKAY SO I. HESITATED TO ANSWER THIS FOR A BIT BC IM ACTUALLY LIKE SO SHOCKED THAT U ASKED DIRECTLY? NOBODY EVER APPROACHES ME TO ASK ABT MY INTERPRETATIONS OF CANON CHARACTERS… LIKE, EVER!!! AND I WISH PPL DID MORE OFTEN LUL

okay uhhhhh rambling FULL SPEED AHEAD!!!!!

- Fake Peppino does not have a name. Utterly nameless to those around him. I mean, why WOULD he have an actual name? Unless you count CA-165161691415-P to be a name, which, he doesn’t. He’s addressed with numerous nicknames and terms of endearment by others from the tower, but nobody openly refers to him as Fake Peppino, due to the distress it’d cause him. Why on earth would anyone ever want to be called a fake person?

- Peppino would feel odd about GIVING him a name, so he simply calls him mio amico (my friend) or rana (frog). It is worth noting though, when someone calls Peppino’s name, Fake Peppino responds too.

- His eyes rarely focus on any one thing, and he always appears to be staring off at nothing. Do not mistake that glassy stare for the windows to an empty head, though— he’s always thinking. ALWAYS thinking. Unfortunately lacks the vocabulary and ability to accurately relay most of his thoughts, though. He doesn’t know how to sign, either, leaving others to mostly infer what he’s thinking based on body language and facial expressions.

- He has webbed feet, much like a frog. I’d say he’s very mobile both on land and in water, but perhaps his top speed is a bit higher in water. He also has control of whether or not his hands and feet cling to surfaces, and when they cling, they cling STRONG. If you try taking something from him, you will NOT succeed!! That grip is NOT budging!!!!!!

- He’s always soaking in the words that others speak and how they’re spoken. If he’s in a room full of chatty people, he will later come out of that room vocalizing a “word salad” with a mixture of the things he heard— he speaks audible sentences but they make no sense. It’s his way of processing verbal information. I’d liken it to a form of echolalia, honestly!!

- He likes Pizzahead very much, and Pizzahead likes him as well. I’m not entirely decided on the exact nature of their relationship? But they are definitely equals to each other. Fake Peppino recognizes Pizzahead’s intelligence, and Pizzahead recognizes Fake Peppino’s intelligence. Fake Pep is definitely Pizzahead’s crowning achievement, so he gets special treatment. After the whole tower debacle, Fake Pep is the only one that’s not tense or overtly hostile towards Pizzahead when he visits.

- Pizzahead didn’t really take into account the long-lasting effects that would linger over the clone from being taught that he is, in fact, the real Peppino. To Pizzahead, it was little more than charades. A game of pretend, where Fake Pep was simply playing the part and nothing more. He didn’t consider the possibility of Fake Pep literally developing delusions and a flawed sense of identity, so that might be his one regret with that guy.

- He sees Fake Pep struggle with that stuff sometimes and it makes him wince a bit, because he knows he’s responsible for the beloved clone’s suffering but he ultimately doesn’t know how to fix it. I think Fake Peppino is one of the only people that Pizzahead feels something resembling compassion towards.

- Present time, he spends most of his hours working at Peppino Pizza. For a while, he was exclusively on trash and cleanup duty. After a while, though, Peppino cautiously began to teach him how to prepare food. Despite dripping goo all the time, Fake Pep’s body shows… a shocking amount of stability when handling food. Peppino was completely bewildered when Fake Pep cut multiple vegetables and didn’t drip a SINGLE droplet of goo into the food. Safe to say, he was impressed, and allowed the clone to be more hands-on with the food making process from then on.

- Fake Peppino vividly remembers the first time he made a pizza. When Peppino did a good look-over and a taste test, he beamed ear-to-ear and said, “Nice-a job! You’re-a almost as-a good as-a me!”

Fake Peppino looked down at the pizza. Almost as good as him.

Almost as good.

Almost.

Almost.

Almost.

That’s not good enough.

- Fake Peppino will replace Peppino.

I guess I need to talk about my characters. At least so that you know what they are like. I've already told you about one of them somewhere here. So it's time to repeat it.

Eliza

An astronaut, she is a member of the crew of the ESSF (ecological space station of the future). A self-confident, sometimes frivolous and perky girl of athletic build, aspiring to the stars (and adventures), because she is corny bored on earth. Before getting to the station, she worked as a DJ at her friend's bar. She embroils Eco in her adventures (like going into space, which he can't do), for which she gets a scolding from his creator. In addition to spinning records, she can play the synthesizer, as well as ride roller skates.

EcoBot (or Eco)

It looks like a robot of the future, but in fact it is a wreck. It is a beta version of the robot assistant created by the scientist ESSF. His tube-shaped arms fall off under heavy load, and he himself does not have a voice box (BUT is able to record and reproduce what he "heard"). It is also charged from solar panels and the grid. Nevertheless, he is at the station in order to train his AI, so that later it can be used for the final assembly. Eco can often be seen with Eliza, and she doesn't mind his company next to her.

Stitch Family

A couple of middle-aged animals traumatized by their own family. They sometimes think about having a child so that they can surround them with care and love that they did not have in childhood.

Henry

Animal: Ram

Age: 43

He came from another country to start his life anew and fully study psychology. He speaks with an Italian accent. Henry grew up in a family with his mother and a fanatical stepfather, a priest who sawed off his "son"'s horns (because he considered them a sin) at school age, and then sent him to a school for believers. But unable to stand it, Henry runs away from home. Diana introduced him to Timofey.

He often uses passive aggression in his defense, because he does not know how to express anger and discontent in another way. Cowardly. Sometimes he does not understand what is wanted from him and what he wants right now. For Diana's sake, he tries to be better, and for her sake he becomes a priest (although he does not really like doing this for a number of reasons). He doesn't believe in God, but he believes in psychology. Therefore, he perceives all the appeals of the townspeople as "a trip to a specialist (i.e. to him)." He is neutral towards other religions, but does not tolerate fanatics.

Diana

Animal: Fox

Age: 39

The owner of the bakery. She tries to treat everyone with kindness and care, and respond in kind, but at the same time she will have her own opinion in some situations. And she won't apologize for him. She grew up in a family where great success and achievements were demanded of her, as well as every step was controlled. As a result, Diana grew up with a sense of anxiety and inability to rest. But over time, she learned to control such attacks, although not completely.

She has a weakness for things made with her own hands. It doesn't matter what quality they are, the main thing is that from the heart and soul. She tries something new herself, starting from knitting and ending with baking, which is why the bakery was opened.
