I LOVE Hitgirl character, she was my role model in my way to young for watching Kickass childhood. I recently rewatched some clips with her (and Kickass movie whole) and I feel so much potential in her. Because she's literal child soldier (trauma material already). I'm curious about her actual school life, not cardboard mean girls story, not I'm-not-like-other-girls (of course she's not like other girls, she's assassin since 9) but actual complete feeling of isolation, because her body and mentality are prepared for warfare (crime fighting, okay) and now she has to go through normal life, interact with people consistently and so on. Sure she can pretend in short term to be normal, but how long? Broad knowledge that comes with combat experience is hard to mask (especially if you're not used to) and this will spill out. This seems like a huge field for story, that unfortunately won't fit into funny action movie. But I wish I had something about it.
