(She turns around, blue eyes now blazing an acidic green eerily similar to the Lazarus Pits) This world isn't a good place, Batman. You know it, I know it, everyone knows it. But unlike you, (she takes a few strides forward, closing the distance between the two as she stands to her full height, meeting his gaze) so unwilling to kill anyone, I'm doing something about it. I'm slowly eradicating the filth that dares muck up this world. (She holds a hand up before he could speak) Yes, my methods are gruesome but why should I show them any bits of mercy with a quick death when they did no such thing to my brother?

Jazz is a serial killer.

Hear me out. She uses the Fenton Peeler on humans working for the GIW, which made them shed their skin. This is all levels of horrifying and puts her in all the shitlists of every hero in existence. Batman in particular hates that she made Gotham her home.

All attempts at detaining her are thwarted by supernatural events. No one has any idea of Phantom's involvement on this.

... Ok, brain instantly remembered this one scene from the TF2 SFM The End of The Line. The scene where Heavy goes on the train tracks and was ready to sacrifice himself to stop the train filled with bombs from crashing and exploding the whole Red Team Settlement. What if that scene (kinda, maybe with a GIW altered GAV of sorts? IDK!) but with Jack? (This only popped up in my head when I was randomly doodling and I realized Jack and Heavy has similar builds and then next thing you know, Jack is out trying to protect Danny again (but now he's also trying to protect Mr. Freeze and Nora and Ellie and Jazz- Jack just wants his family to be safe. He already failed Danny once. He isn't gonna let that happened twice but with everyone.))

Does any of this make any sense? I really don't know. I just finished my nightshift and BOY I SHOULDN'T BE AS HYPER AS I AM ATM CAUSE I AM ALSO TIRED.

DC x DP Idea Thing #2

Child of Freeze AU (Official name pending)

When I first discovered the DC x DP crossover, specifically when the realization sank in that Danny had ice powers, my brain immediately went into overdrive about that and added "WHAT IF DAD!FREEZE" into the mix here.

It's only now my brain wanted to expand on it.

We have the usual trope here that Danny's parents reacted badly to learning about him being Fenton, causing him to get experimented on briefly before running and later settling in Gotham. Here, they found out he was Phantom when his ghost form's appearance started to bleed through to his human form.

His black hair kept gaining white strands every day, his skin gained a paler hue with a tinge of blue only seen in the dead and the ghosts, his body temperature dropped while his heart beats were slower. Hell, he had felt some of the more subtle changes. How his eyes were sore and couldn't see properly for a week before they got better, how his ears became irritated as they shifted to be slightly pointed, and even his limbs throbbed in pain for a while.

At first, his parents chalked it up as a result of being exposed to ectoplasm for most of his life, leading to them practicing lab safety for once in hopes that these changes were temporary.

It didn't take long for them to come up with the conclusion the Phantom replaced their son and used his appearance as a disguise. At least, Maddie came to that conclusion and went immediately to dissect him.

Jack couldn't stand seeing Danny getting opened up like that. Even if he's still conflicted about whether or not Danny is Phantom or Phantom replaced him, he couldn't get the image and the cries of his son in pain out of his head. He helped Danny escape while he distracts Maddie.

Danny ends up coming to Gotham after flying as fast as he could while injured. He ends up finding a frozen place underground and proceeds to pass out as his body tries to regenerate/heal itself. He didn't notice the body suspended in a capsule nearby, having been too tired and too drained.

That's how Mr. Freeze finds him. A teen, likely 16 at most, severely injured, and surprisingly, not bothered by the sub-zero temperatures of his hideout.

I'm all for the idea that before Nora's illness came into effect, she and Victor wanted to have children. The two always had a bit of a soft spot for them anyways. (During the winter season, Freeze doesn't try to cause much villainy as this is the only time of the year he can go around without his suit. Instead, he ends up helping decorate Gotham with some Ice Sculptures and tends to entertain the children of Gotham if possible.)

Essentially, paternal instincts took over and helped Danny get better. Will he be surprised at the exponential rate Danny's healing? Yes, but he just chalks it up to him being a meta. Mr. Freeze will notice some of the unnatural traits present in Danny after all, but who is he to judge? Plus, Metas had it hard in Gotham, even if the no meta rule loosened up when Signal came about in the Batfamily.

Mr. Freeze now has two people to fret and take care of.

(Just- Danny gets adopted by Mr. Freeze, and later on, so do Ellie and Jazz even though she is already over 18 and needs to wear thick clothes)

Wait till the rogues hear rumors about how Danny's parents were mad scientists who's inventions rivaled Riddler's more insane puzzles. There were also mentions about a few vague yet concerning experiments and a lack of lab safety in his childhood.

Despite how terrifying Danny is, you can't really hate him in the end. Many might start creating rumors of Danny possibly a legacy (child of a villain or hero) just from stories of his parents, resulting varying reactions from everyone.

Imagine Danny Fenton working as a security gaurd at Arkum Asylum. Like, he jokes around with the inmates, makes horrible puns, try to get his stick in the mud coworkers to crack a smile. Nobody would take this bean pole seriously. Not noticing the lean muscle underneath his skin, or the way he surveys every room he enters in an instance. He's become a favorite with several inmates like Harley and the Riddler; not afraid to make witty comebacks and banter. There is just one thing though. He tells them one day if they ever try to escape they best do it when he's off the clock because they won't otherwise. Don't mistake this for a challenge, its a warning, he informs them. And the most mysterious thing about this new gaurd is that there has yet to be a successful prison break when he's on duity. This kind of record in Arkum is unheard of. Who knows what kind of attention that might cause. Mabye even the curiosity of a certain local Vigilante.

MY VERSION OF JONATHAN (ESPECIALLY FOR THIS) HAS THE SCAREBEAST

DANNY'S GHOSTLY SIDE WILL DEFINITELY AFFECT SCAREBEAST A BIT IN SOME WAYS CAUSE HIS CORE AND AMBIENT ENERGY

Will that mean Jonathan has more animal-like tendencies when in normal form? Yes. Much more bird noises and other inhumane sounds that Danny can, oddly, understand, though, Jonathan's gonna try to keep that habit to a minimum. (Oh, and gaining sharp fangs, better hearing/smell/sight... Jonathan always had somewhat pointy ears though. No one knows why but chalked it off as a Keeny gene that Danny got (even before becoming a halfa))

Jonathan still only transforms into Scarebeast in dire situations (like critically injured and maybe strong bouts of desperation that only appears not because of Batman ruining his plans but if someone he cared for is the one in danger) (Scarebeast here did not come about due to Cobblepot's interference... Sorta. Penguin can't control him is all gonna say and it was more so an accident. Jonathan hates the Scarebeast at first but would slowly come to accept em, if only he can control it...) but over time, Scarebeast is... less wild and out of control. Yes, he's still primal but Jonathan's intelligence bleeds through. Jonathan will be able to remember bits and pieces more after he transforms back. Eventually, Jonathan has some sort of control to be able to transform into Scarebeast and remember fully.

(Edward and Danny are so gonna mess with him by using laser pointers (big mistake but worth it) and huge boxes. Man acts like a cat as the Scarebeast and Danny's ghost side vibes with very well to the point he joins in at times)

DC x DP idea thing #1

Uncle Scarecrow Au

Essentially, in this AU thing, Maddie, and Jonathan Crane are cousins (their moms were sisters) that often see eachother when Maddie's family visits Georgia before contact was cut due to Grandma Marion and Great-Grandma Keeny

Jonathan and Maddie managed to reconnect for a year or two through letters when Maddie started college and Jonny boy is in the middle of getting his doctorate but lost contact after Maddie got busier with studies and Jonathan went to Gotham. They're on good terms with each other and once in a while in recent years, they'd give each other updates (and gifts. Danny and Jazz grew up hearing a bit from/about Jonathan when they were younger but stopped hearing about him around the time when he became the Scarecrow. So, let's just say when Danny's... 6? Ngl, DC timeline is messy and confusing at times)

Maddie and Jack only recently learned that Danny's a halfa, the ghost king at that, and accepts it. They start helping him wrangle up some of the rogue ghosts and throw them back to the GZ when not even a week later, the GIW started swarming Amity Park immediately.

This causes the Fenton Family to escape (though not unscathed) and end up going to Gotham, not just cause Jazz is studying there, or the fact that there's enough ambient ectoplasm energy there to cover up Danny's signature, but because Jack's apparently from there, has connections too, while Maddie knows that Jonathan could help. She's his favorite cousin after all and adores Danny and Jazz from the bits and pieces she sent him about them.

"Madeline," The man in the burlap mask nodded to her.

"Jonathan," she nodded back.

Danny can't help but feel tense and wary as he stares down at the tall figure in front of him. This was Uncle Jonathan? Don't tell him he's as big of a fruitloop as Vlad.

Maddie stares at him before raising an eyebrow, "I see you still aren't taking care of yourself as you should, huh, Jonny?"

He scoffs, southern accent becoming a bit more prominent as he spoke, "like you're anyone to talk about habits, Maddie. Intellect may run in our blood but having normal, sane habits aren't. Don't you remember Great-Grandma Mary?"

The two burst out into some chuckles.

"Glad you're still alive and well, then, cousin," Maddie says, taking the hood of her jumpsuit off along with her goggles.

"Likewise," Jonathan replies, taking his ratty hat and burlap mask off revealing a sharp, gaunt face with a long, hook nose, pale blue eyes, and rusty auburn-colored, bordering brown, hair, "Now, what's this about a government branch coming for little Danny, and how... Sensitive are you to gore and other graphic imagery of sorts?"

"I mean, I already died and have to fight ghosts-..." Danny piped up immediately, only to shut his mouth up just as quickly.

"... Remind me to set up a proper therapy session for you later, child."
