ugh. Every character in Lockwood & Co. are the biggest losers you’ve ever seen. They’re the coolest guys around. They hate each others guts. They love each other more than the world. They’re polar opposites. They’re the exact same. They’re literally unhinged. They’re the only sane ones for miles. They’re entirely incompetent. They’re the best ones at their job. They clash on the regular. They complete each other.
Kill me once, shame on you. Kill me twice, how did you did that.
Me: I hate how old white dudes try to justify their racist or sexist beliefs with history. Like no. The reason men “did more stuff” is because of a few reasons. Kind of like how it is now, white men hade more power and privilege and therefore it was difficult for women to do anything and when they did, they didn’t always get credit. So not only did they have to fight to do the really cool thing they did, they have to fight to get the recognition they deserved and it didn’t always work out. Not only that but trans people and gay people and whoever else you want to discriminate against did exist. They were just silenced, killed, erased from history, or all three. And history isn’t there as an example for how great it was “back in the day”. One of the reasons we have history and we’re taught it is to learn from our mistakes. And even then history is whitewashed. Not to mention the privileged people. The one percent — the real minority group —
