Threw in a more finalized Okira in there too. They look very similar in game, but lore-wise the differences are more apparent

Can we have some lore from Elite Council tab? Maybe the top row for starters??

Why of course! Link for the top row. In order we have Virtue, Vice, Fatestring, Night, and Lord Talos. 

Let’s start with Virtue and Vice. These brothers aren’t natural-born dragons, and were instead born from the collective spirituality of more religious Talosians.  Virtue was born of kindness, love, and empathy, and is  a manifestation of these aspects. Vice, on the other hand, is a being born of malice, ego, and greed. They were adopted and raised by the two heroes Todosmodeus and SonLux to learn to control their natures. The two sit upon the council due to their naturally deeper understanding of ethics. Vice is very helpful in his understanding of evil or malicious mindsets, while Virtue can recognize nuances that can either help of harm others.

While they’re polar opposites, they share a familial and brotherly bond that is neigh unbreakable, even if Vice ends up being a bit of a bully!

Night and Fatestring are two VERY new additions to the council, and appeared  with the resurgence of the Veilspun species not too long ago. Magical protections against hexes, curses, and charms are commonplace in Talosian security, but no one was prepared to counter the special brand of hypnotic, mind-melding Veilspun magic that Night and Fatestring are so adept at. One day they were simply appointed seats on the council, along with the status and power that comes with it. One look into Night’s eyes can dull the senses of an entire crowd, and not even the King’s mind has been permitted to stray towards any suspicious thoughts. For now, its like they had always existed.

Now, I’ve gone into some serious depth on Lord Talos in a previous post so I’ll Link to that baddie right here and link his bio right here. The meat and potatoes of his lore is that he’s the ancient king and  founder of the Talosian Empire. He moved from the Southern Icefields to the Sundial Ruins with his band of knights and created an eventually wealthy and prosperous clan.

Beneath all the fear and anguish, past the desperation to find a cure, Exuviate is truly, unabashedly, and unmistakably kind. 

 As the sole child of a little family of three, Exuviate’s life had been brimming with the deep, unconditional love that bonded her to her family. Her mother would write, her father would tinker in his personal shop, and Exuviate had time to spare. They wanted for nothing in their little corner of the world, and she grew to deeply appreciate the love she’d been blessed with.

In their sudden absence Exuviate is left with an aching void in her heart. Fear and loss have chipped away her defenses, but the kind and loving core of her being still remains. 

FINAL DESIGNS: ALL EGG EATERS 

Matthias’s design is(thank Lightweaver) finalized. Had to look at ALOT of pearlcatcher anatomy to figure him out.

Exuviate’s whole character deals with strength vs fragility(and sickness and health). So, I made her more delicate in appearance.

White Riven lurks in the surrounding forests of the Talosian Mountain. Riven’s mind is less that of a sane dragon, and more that of an animal. He communicates with the forest birds, allying himself with the fauna to track down stray and unwary intruders, bits of whom he likes to craft into haunting apparel...
