Levi-Leviathan serves on the royal counsel as a convoy of enlightenment and a spiritual leader. Though the Talosians are primarily a light-based clan, their leadership has been a blend of dragons hailing from nearly all of the eleven flights. Levi-Leviathan is well learned in each flight’s core values and ways of life, and is tasked with educating talosian citizens of each and every one, (though his students often struggle with plague flight values). Providing private counsel to those who wish to tackle more personal or delicate matters has made him privy to many a dark secret...

Another Egg Eater who hasn’t had much attention and deserves it: Exuviate the Skydancer! She suffers from a rare skin condition that causes her scales not to grow properly, leaving behind smooth metallic skin.
Exuviate’s parents had the condition, and suffered immensely painful symptoms in their later stages. No cure or treatment tended to work, and simply moving could cause irritation and flare ups. Ma and Da lived a slow and restricted existence, one that grew even more so as time passed. Yet, Exuviate was all too happy to assist, taking on the lair chores, feeding her family, working for treasure, and ensuring they lived a comfortable and happy life. Her love, however strong, couldn’t fight disease. Once the symptoms surfaced in their throats and mouths, they slowly starved despite the desperate efforts of their daughter to keep them alive. She was broken.
What once was a dragon with a kind and giving heart is now a dragon bent on finding a cure for her scalelessness and changing her fate. She works with Khoga, who has promised to work on possible treatments and cures using the potent energy found within dragon eggs.
FINAL DESIGNS: ALL EGG EATERS
Matthias’s design is(thank Lightweaver) finalized. Had to look at ALOT of pearlcatcher anatomy to figure him out.
Exuviate’s whole character deals with strength vs fragility(and sickness and health). So, I made her more delicate in appearance.
Beneath all the fear and anguish, past the desperation to find a cure, Exuviate is truly, unabashedly, and unmistakably kind.
As the sole child of a little family of three, Exuviate’s life had been brimming with the deep, unconditional love that bonded her to her family. Her mother would write, her father would tinker in his personal shop, and Exuviate had time to spare. They wanted for nothing in their little corner of the world, and she grew to deeply appreciate the love she’d been blessed with.
In their sudden absence Exuviate is left with an aching void in her heart. Fear and loss have chipped away her defenses, but the kind and loving core of her being still remains.

Via is rather cute, don’t you think? She’s definitely not a character you’d expect to Join a group of baddies. Must’ve fallen in with some shady characters.
