Expressions for little Chirin!
His name is definitely inspired by one of my favorite movies, Chirin’s Bell, alongside another wolf/sheep movie called One Stormy Night. With these in mind, Chirin’s personality has grown to have several wolfish traits. He’s a bit mischievous, is fiercely loyal, has a voracious(borderline obsessive) appetite, and is clever in certain ways(that is...great with puzzles, mazes, sports, and anything spatially challenging. He’s not very booksmart though! )
He’s just a naïve kid who hasn’t fully grasped the gravity of his lineage.

Mc’fucking losing it right now
What would happen if a BeastClan ate an egg, perhaps as an act of revenge or as a strategy to make sure there are less dragons in the future to fight against them? Or if a Shade-created monster ate one, since the Shade likes to eat and absorb magic and eggs contain lots of magic?
Beastclan? If they survive the absorption of elemental magic, they gain powers that align with said element.
I believe their power's specific effects wouldn't hinge on their emotional state as heavily as dragons, and would instead be more element based. So, eating a water dragon egg would always beget water-based powers, and fire eggs will beget fire powers and so on.
However, the willpower of an individual beastclan will effect the intensity of their powers. Individuals with weaker wills almost always gain powers on the level of parlor tricks, while powerful wills can end up with incredibly fierce and formidable abilities.
I don't know too much about shade lore at the moment

Arkadi is the Cerulean's Chief and greatest hunter. Like the other chieftains he takes immense pride in his clan's talents, stoking a fierce ambition in his fellow hunters to refine their craft. He is the most critical of Resillian...almost jealous of the young Chief's accomplishments...
Arkadi is a bit of a dreamer, and is greatly inspired by the tales of his star-hunting ancestors. The secrets of the original cerulean knight, Archanis, have been lost to time. But Arkadi believes he can bring such glory back. He often reflects out in the wilderness, connecting with the natural world.
Lillune is a skilled observer. She is always listening, and has mastered reading the natures of dragons. Many trust her even more than their own chieftains, and seek her out for advice. These accolades make her seem serious and stoic, but those that find themselves in her company very quickly find Lillune has a playful sense of humor, and a dangerously sharp talent for practical jokes. She is good friends with The Obsidian Chieftain Luxtail, and is fond of visits to the Obsidian Subclan’s territory.
Overhauled Talos’ old design into something way cooler, especially for his earlier years.
Ancient Talosian Lore: Lord Talos has tried to step back and give the Chieftains a chance to lead together. Hopefully nurturing a sense of kinship with their sister clans, as well as practicing a healthy bit of independence, will create a clan that can outlive its founder.

Today’s an art experimentation day!
Had a hankering for horror, and who better to draw than Okira? I had a blast experimenting with the line-weight, as well as implementing a different style into the mane and wings. Finally nailed down how to get that “Wispy” look for his hair, though it could use some practice!
Anywho, if you guys have any thoughts on the style or just want to comment, feel free to lmk!
