Okay, Yeah, Most Steddie Aus Have Eddie Being Successful With His Band And He Meets Steve By Some Odd

Okay, yeah, most Steddie au’s have Eddie being successful with his band and he meets Steve by some odd coincidence, or Steve is a successful movie star or something of that sort and meets Eddie because their both famous.

But what if Eddie was, ya know, moderately popular with Corodded Coffin n’ all, but not too famous and then Steve is the one who is < famous than Eddie.

I was thinking Steve would be like a wrestler or something because he was tired of losing fights and the only reason Eddie gets SUPER popular is because by the aforementioned coincidence:

Eddie sees Steve on TV which leads to Eddie finding Steve hot (not at all interested in the wrestling aspect) which leads to Eddie getting a chance to actually go to a wrestling match and see the infamous “Steve Harrington” in person which leads to Steve & Eds meeting sometime after

And the rest is in Tumblrs hands.

I know I already have bombarded you with enough, but THANK YOUUU SM! It means the world to me that you made my idea into a reality. The fic was great! I loved reading it! It was very cute.

Head canon: Eddie complains about the girls taking so long to get ready for events n stuff but he’s the exact fucking same.

If Robin & Nancy invite Eddie to go somewhere with them and Steve isn’t involved, Eddie will throw on a shirt and some jeans then he’s out the door.

If Steve’s going, Eddie has to look his BEST, he’ll do his hair, he’ll throw on a bit of eyeliner or mascara or both if Steve’s gonna get lucky that night, he’ll meticulously pick an outfit and make sure it has no stains or regrets on it.

And oh boy have the girls noticed, even Max and Erica know.

It’s not like if Steve is planning to arrive to a dnd meetup, Eddie will get prepped, no. Dnd is one of those things where Eddie will be prepared for the table to flip or dice to be thrown like a dart.

But any other casual meetup with Steve, Eddie will be dressed in his FINEST. And yet he will never dare wear a suit in his entire life.
