. Penacony Had Been Saved; The Watchmaker's Legacy Protected From The Many Threats That Had Been Thrown

‧₊˚ ⋅ ꒰১ ᯓ ☆ㅤ˗ˏˋㅤ𝑨 𝒔𝒐𝒎𝒃𝒆𝒓 𝒎𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒆𝒅. Penacony had been saved; the Watchmaker's legacy protected from the many threats that had been thrown at in such a short period of time. From the former head of the Oak Family nearly throwing all of Penacony into the Order's dream to the Masked Fools planting nine hundred and ninety nine bombs onto the Nameless' new airship, Penacony had survived it all. Yet tragically, it came with the cost of an INNOCENT GIRL'S life.

˚ʚ ☾ ɞ˚ㅤ˗ˏˋㅤㅤWas there anything that could have been done to avoid such a sorrow - filled ending ? Everybody in the Express was probably asking that questionㅤ—ㅤbut of all of them, Mister Caelus was probably stewing over his REGRETS the most.

˚ʚ ☾ ɞ˚ㅤ˗ˏˋㅤㅤPeriwinkle hues would turn away from the phonograph; settling on the other Nameless as the questioned was asked. What the man would get was a SMILE in response.

It   would   likely   be   to   soon   for   anyone   for   too   long.   "It   might   be,   but   Caelus   was   very   close   to   Firefly."   he   said   to   the   young   man.   "The   least   we   can   do   is   leave   a   memorial   for   her."   he   glanced   to   the   young   man   and   offered   a   small   smile.   "Its   really   for   him,   you   understand--it   is   a   step   in   the   grieving   process."   he   was   quiet   as   he   added   a   couple   new   records   to   the   Express's   music   system.

"Though   I   do   appreciate   your   concerns   and   interest."   he   said   as   he   turned   to   Misha.   "How   are   you   finding   the   Express,   are   you   enjoying   your   stay   ?"   he   inquired   with   a   quirk   of   his   lips.

"It   is   a   lot   when   you   first   get   on,   but   it   quickly   becomes---   home." 

It is 11PM here but ALSO. I most likely won't be posting spoilers as my muses are not very X.ianzhou flavored. Plus, I take a long time to play video games anyway because I'm stupid but if I do, they will be tagged ! I hope everyone has fun with the update ( is still downloading it lol ) !

‧₊˚ ⋅ ꒰১ ᯓ ☆ㅤ˗ˏˋㅤMisha works day and night at the Reverie; a quaint little inn owned by his grandpa, Mikhail Char Legwork. His grandpa is currently traveling far away from home; making many deals across the world in hopes of expanding the business and leaving little Misha to manage the establishment by himself. His grandpa's goals with expanding were to earn enough money so that he and Misha can TRAVEL THE WORLD without any unnecessary worry or financial strain.

˚ʚ ☾ ɞ˚ㅤ˗ˏˋㅤㅤOf course, Misha doesn't MIND the responsibilities. He deeply enjoys the job; believing that he is helping their little family achieve their dreams. He has a few dedicated coworkers willing to help him; including the security officer and longtime family friend, Gallagher who is his current guardian. He also has an ( unfortunately ) imaginary friend, Clockie who was made up from his grandpa's old writings of prior adventures.

˚ʚ ☾ ɞ˚ㅤ˗ˏˋㅤㅤOn his days off, he can often be found talking to guests of the Reverie about their travels or fixing up any broken things within the hotel that no one caught onto. If NOT somehow still immersed in his work, he can also be found reading, drawing, or playing with Clockie.

Even if he had wondered what those STRANGE DECORATIONS were for; he hadn't been thinking of targeting that particular house or its owner for any reason. He didn't THINK any vampires were there or that it held anything of real value.

˚ʚ ☾ ɞ˚ㅤ˗ˏˋㅤㅤBUTㅤ—ㅤclearly, Etoilé did not like those strange decorations for some weird reason or another that only dogs could understand. Now, he was staring at those ruined decorations; wondering what he should do. He probably SHOULD just leave, shouldn't he ?

˚ʚ ☾ ɞ˚ㅤ˗ˏˋㅤㅤBefore he could however, a hand grabs at his own; dragging him off to the side. Radiant blue eyes find themselves settling on a woman who was obviously quite UPSET.

He thought that only the Trailblazers that recently came to visit Penacony knew what the Watchmaker's Legacy really was. Usually, he tried to keep he and Grandpa's secret under wraps for a variety of reasons. For one thing, it would have been REALLY difficult to explain that in a way, he WAS ( sort of ) his Grandpa; or at least the last remaining fragment of his existence. Sometimes, even HE had trouble grappling with the memories he grew up with and the memories of Grandpa's adventures. Not to mention, it would have caused more problems for Penacony and the Trailblazers.

˚ʚ ☾ ɞ˚ㅤ˗ˏˋㅤㅤButㅤ—ㅤit seems as if the Head of the Oak Family had came to realize Penacony's greatest secret. Surely, nothing BAD could come of this, right ?

He cannot help but to study the young man before him. No matter how many times his sister has tried to explain to him just who this child happened to be, it was rather difficult to accept that this was the prized Watchmaker's Legacy. After all the stories and legends surrounding such a thing...how could it simply turn out to be just a child? One that seemed rather clueless on how best to help Penacoly at that.
