It’s only just occurring to me I used to dissociate way more than I thought I did as a kid. I didn’t recognize the less in my body dissociation was dissociation until five minutes ago and have been wondering since I was five why there are massive gaps between events in my most negative experiences

yeah it’s weird I remember exactly the moment up to stuff and then the aftermath but that’s just how those memories work that’s literally been my thought process for years I’m honestly really glad I can’t remember that stuff thinking about what memories that’s a thing with but still weird that I didn’t use critical thinking to figure out what that was about until now so much information just blip gone I’m really curious about all the missing bits because I have all the context surrounding them dissociation
