Ya'll azul could grant wishes right(i'm not caught up with book 3 yet) he by chance could grant wishes to cure illness like maybe cancer or asthma or whatever, you think he could do that?

Also he's able to take away a person's unique magic away, if an unfortunate soul that made a contract with him offered to gave up his life span, what would you guys think he'd do, does he accept or decline the offer?
