A chaotic, high energy, silly guy with a knack for pranks and teasing.
Despite being chaotic, he’s actually very careful with his job, being blood thirsty when fighting was needed, a crazed fighter that can be blinded his own emotions when they get intense.
They’re like ortho in the sense that they do things with good intention but do disastrous things to get to that point. If you give them directions, they need to be VERY clear or else they won’t understand.
Thinks with his heart more than his head, unlike his oldest brother.

“ Underworld’s Wake ”
They summon blue fire and what ever “burns” will be now encased and trapped, Melinoe can manipulate the blue fire to make it actually burn and damage what ever it’s trapping.
The fire can be manipulated into a weapon, a cage, a rope, anything physical! The only weakness is that sea water will significantly weaken the flames :(
And once they successfully captured whatever they’re catching, they can choose to release them from the flames and unleash their worst nightmares on them, the only thing that would stop/defeat their UM is if the person has great willpower and can overcome their worst nightmare.

Ortho, when the incident happened, Melinoe was the only one who didn’t know immediately, Melinoe was oblivious to what happened due their young age, and when he did find out, Noe was so heartbroken and feels indirectly guilty. He’s supposed to be a bodyguard…
Idia is easy to tease and Melinoe sure doesn’t like to miss an opportunity, but it’s all in good fun does Meli swear. But the two do sometimes have heart to heart talk, Idia often can’t find them when he needs to so the small white bell on Noe’s ribbon is a dog like whistle, that calls for Melinoe when Idia needs him, or if anyone needs Melinoe.
Zagreus, or Zagger, as Noe calls them, they’re quite the opposite so they often disagree on many things, they both love each other, they swear they do, but sometimes the tension is too much. Melinoe just wishes that Zagger would get off their back sometimes…
Mak/Makaria is much more casual compared to Zagger, and in the same year, so Melinoe is much more casual with them, but even with that would lead to the usual playful sibling arguments, much more comfortable with Mak, for better and maybe for worse heh.
Floyd met Melinoe in class, they have a blast especially during flight class, and enjoyed hanging out at Mostro lounge with him. Melinoe likes to come to Floyd’s games and Mak was the one who pointed out how involved Meli was with Floyd, and then the gears started to turn in the puppy’s head.

Growing up in a family that worked to protect the Shroud family, Melinoe loves to explore the less technology side of things, not to say he doesn’t appreciate his origins.
Melinoe is kind of emotionally stupid because ever since they were young, him and his siblings were trained to be phenomenal bodyguards for the shroud siblings.
There was no trauma inducing event, but Melinoe often finds himself doubting his worth because of how oblivious he is. (Ex. Ortho’s incident, Zagger having to tell him that he loves Idia and Meli had no idea, not knowin that he was getting feelings for floyd)

Do you ever think that Azul would just stare at Idia's hair. I mean, fire can't be common under the sea, so that would mean that Azul would go from little to no view of fire to seeing to almost daily. Every time he goes to a club meeting or a housewarden(granted, that idia physically showed up) he would see something that was a rarity under the sea flowing out of someone's head. That has to spark some natural fascination.
