Yuga A.: She was raised an acrobat, so she can dodge his (SPOILERS: artificial) lasers. And she’ll end it with sweep kicking (or whatever it’s called) him off his feet.

Mina A.: She’ll get burnt by Mina’s acid or get beat up by Mina’s strength, so no.

Tsuyu A.: When it comes to who swims faster, it’s a tie. But it’s a yes.

Tenya I.: Idk. Iida is faster than her on land. Plus, he possibly can run on water like Jesus. But, if he’s underwater, yup.

Ochako U.: Even if she makes Mimi float, the latter would control/create some water and might splash her.

Mashirao O.: He knows martial arts, so no. Plus, the only damage she’ll do to him is stepping on his tail.

Denki K.: 50/50. On one hand, she has water powers and water + electricity = electrocution. On the other hand, if he’s in yay mode or she’s sneaky enough, she’s beating his ass.

Eijirou K.: On land, no because he’s stronger than her. In water, let’s see if this rock man is buoyant.

Kouji K.: She doesn’t wanna beat up animals (unless they’re bugs), but she’ll get Kouda real good.

Rikidou S.: See Kirishima.

Mezou S.: He’ll sense her via his eyes and/or ears and captures her in his arms.

Kyouka J.: Jirou’s quirk is not ready for combat. Plus, she’s 4-5 inches shorter than her. So yeah, Mizumi solos.

Hanta S.: No because he’ll tie her up with his tape.

Fumikage T.: He has spent 16 years with a dark being that becomes feral when it’s dark. So no.

Shouto T.: Fire side: maybe due to water putting out non-electrical fires, but also his fire is stronger. Ice side: ice is basically frozen water, but his ice is also stronger. Overall: maybe.

Tooru H.: With some heat/night goggles, she’ll find her and beat her.

Katsuki B.: He’ll blast her till kingdom come.

Izuku M.: HELL NO! DID YOU SEE THAT GUY??? He would fold her like a folding chair regardless if her legs are a tail or not!

Momo Y.: She can make cannons. Of course it’s a huge no.

Hitoshi S.: She’s quiet most of the time, so yup. Sorry, Shinsou. Even if you did bulk up, Mizumi would splash you.
