We need more fics with tough love Chuuya. I love soft Soukoku as much as the next guy but I would rather see Chuuya drag Dazai out of their apartment by his socks because he knows Dazai hasn’t been outside for three days before dumping water on him and cussing him out for not washing the dishes. Idk it just feels more accurate to me.

"JJBA: Diamond is Unbreakable + Mob Psycho 100" AU but the only connection between the storylines is that the baby who Josuke "saved" during the Highway Star fight grew up to be Tenga Onigawara, seeing Josuke as his hero and continuing the pompadour delinquent saga.
Idk how to explain it but I love that Atsushi has a variety in his hallucinations.
So many times in media you only see ‘scary’ and ‘uncomfortable’ hallucinations. Usually used for shock value or to make a person seem ‘unstable.’
But Atsushi’s hallucinations directly tie into his trauma and who he is as a person. It makes sense why he’s seeing these things. He gets hallucinations that he doesn’t like and finds uncomfortable like the Headmaster.
And he has hallucinations that bring him joy, that comfort him like Dazai. Some people never get ‘scary’ hallucinations and some only get ones that cause them distress. Others get a mixed bag and I’m glad that’s the approach that was taken here.
It feels more like someone’s lived in experience. Rather than playing into stereotypes and ticking things off a checklist.
