More Posts from Just-info
because I haven't seen a whole heap of decent information about this... I thought I'd do a beginner's guide to dissociation
disorders that can cause dissociation include:
DID
OSDD
PTSD
depression
OCD
BPD
DPDR
anxiety
eating disorders
some people also experience dissociation due to chronic pain
being dissociated can feel like, but is not limited to:
feeling disconnected from the world
feeling "blurry", "buzzy", "foggy", or "out of it"
not feeling any emotions
not feeling any physical pain
not remembering whole periods of time
feeling like you're floating outside of your body
your brain constantly going in and out of focus
dissociation is generally broken down into two categories:
derealisation: the feeling that the world around you is unreal, foggy, or just out of reach
depersonalisation: the feeling of being outside of yourself, or of not feeling real
I hope this is a helpful post, and that I've made people more aware of what dissociation actually is. if you have any follow-up questions, please feel free to ask!
ENDOGENIC RESEARCH CARRD AS TEXT!
as the endogenic research carrd is down for who knows how long, due to me being eepy, very tired, exhausted, and a procrastinator, i will post all the links here. I feel like i owe it to you to give you this. anyone is free to copy paste these links to wherever. heck, you could even make your own endogenic research page! I actually encourage you to, please do!!
i no longer wish to be associated with this, please respect that and ty

"There's no research on endogenics!" well that's wrong...
all of these must have sources / references, if i have made any mistakes please contact me.

FAQ
questions or statements ive heard or thought of;
Q - this isnt true! these have no sources! A - please take a look at the links, all of them have sources, if they do not, bring this up with me so I can remove the link, thank you. I really doubt you can just say "no" to the word of a psychologist on a psychology topic, etc.
Q - can i add something to the carrd? A - yes! send me an ask, and ill check it out. It must have references/sources though.
Q - I cant access the carrd! A - the carrd is down due to the reasons listed in the top paragraphs.
Q - when will the carrd be done / up? A - sorry, I don't know.
NO DISCOURSE ON THIS POST OR I BITE YOU
We need kink at pride because “kink” isn’t just kink. “Kink” is:
That boy wearing jeans that are too tight
Your neighbors and their “friend” that lives with them
Having a beard and wearing a skirt
Wearing any kind of choker
Literally anything else they decide goes against the “norm”, and it can be literally anything. That is why we need kink at pride.

my pain scale invention. it goes from 0-16. you fill it out like this:

i made this because i find pain to be a multifaceted thing that influences me in different ways. i can accomplish lots of small tasks while in pain but that doesnt mean i can move around or even think clearly. its name is the goldstein expanded pain index or gepi. you can use it if you want. or not.
