Encanto Animatic Idea
So you know Lin Manuel Miranda? Of course you do. Don’t lie.
So he had this show called “In the Heights” which did have a movie adaptation in 2021, but there’s this one song that wasn’t in the film since it was sang by Camilla who’s Nina’s mom(who’s not in the movie).
Anyway, the song “Enough” was Camilla going off on her husband and daughter just tired with their lying and stubbornness.
There was this post about a scenario where the spirit of Pedro appears to Alma and talks about how he didn’t want this.
I thought the song would be good for an Encanto animatic.

Just brings a wide face splitting smile onto my face. It’s just adorable for some reason.
Also I keep forgetting Bruno’s a 50 year old man, he just acts like my cousins who are like 30 or younger.

You know those thoughts that you get when your sick that are just either creative or just complete crack-like absurd.
I just found a long rant in my notes app on my phone from a few days ago from when I had a fever, and it’s just me going on and on about Cafe Owner Izuku just being crackshit bonkers and just being a little shit head and being overpowered and stuff.
I’d be impressed by the story I wrote if I wasn’t so confused as to why I wrote this when I couldn’t even move my body out of bed.
Anyway, just wanted to rant.
Sooo… I watched the MHA movie with a friend, second time for me and first time for her, and I’m just posting this to talk about her commentary.
See, we were watching the sub version, because who needs dub when you’re Japanese already, and there were only 5 other people in the theater all of them were rowdy teens. So we just made whispered commentary when we wanted.
Some quotes I remember off the top of my head:
“He’s one of those poor handsome fellows I see”
“Ahhh! My husband!(Bakugo)”
“WOW. Bird boy can RUN!”
“Green arrow meets genderbend”
“Holy shit look at that gay montage,”
“(Something something spanish) MY HUSBANDS HAVE ARRIVED!”
“Ooh they look hot— oh wait I take that back they look nasty now,”
“The power of friendship will win blue bastard!”
“AHHH! Pinkie bird yes!”
“They’re totally gay tho.”
And that’s it, she just kept whispering to me all these funny stuff, tho I only put in the most funniest stuff. Anyway she understands why I love Rody Soul now so that’s a win!
So… here, An Omori/Bnha au that I couldn’t find so I made myself.
Essentially Bakugou killed Midoriya but everyone thinks Midoriya just committed suicide.
I imagine that at a certain point they were on the roof(for whatever reason) and Bakugou just took things too far, and shoved Midoriya(and him being injured already), causing Midoriya to fall off the roof to his death.
Actually worried that he killed someone, Bakugou runs to where Midoriya fell and sees his body, which is now kinda very much dead.
Now Bakugou goes to UA and all that jazz but now with guilt and trauma beforehand rather than later. I imagine he’d be more mellow/depressed(because of the accident) but still explosive when seriously provoked. He might also do things to try to atone for his behavior in middle school.
Oh! And I’d imagine that after Midoriya’s death the whole school would blame Bakugou, since it’s not really a secret that he bullied Midoriya. BUT! They still kinda move on like Midoriya never existed, but now Bakugou is no longer the “one with a heroic quirk” but the “one who bullied the dead quirkless kid” whenever he or Midoriya is mentioned.
I don’t know who’ll be the “Stranger” in this AU as the one who sees Bakugou in the act, but you guys can figure it out if you want!
Anyway. Hows that as an AU idea eh?

Quick Sketch, proportions are wack but I think I did well. I was thinking of the book Strange The Dreamer when youtube played an animation of Tommyinnit saying Clementine, so I may have just drawn something to that.
Though I hope Tommy doesn’t get skewered by a gate
