defending bruno =/= hating pepa and defending pepa =/= hating bruno đ
and also that theyâre both flawed individuals and seriously needed to better communicate with each other and apologize to one another and that despite their fights the two seem to love each other and care for one another and no one was better nor worse than the other when it came to the wedding situation

Donât give me ideas
Can we talk about how Brunoâs gift is actually extremely traumatizing?
Yâall ainât ready for my next few encanto posts

So anyway here's a good reminder that

Save Dr. Farhat's family from genocide in Gaza

In the heart of war-torn Gaza, where destruction and loss are a daily reality, lies the deeply moving tale of Dr. Husam Farhat and his family. Amidst the relentless bombardment, Dr. Farhat faced an unthinkable tragedy: the martyrdom of his beloved sisters, Inas and Amal, along with their husbands and children, and his brother Mustafa. This devastating loss shattered not only their dreams but also their hopes for a peaceful future.

Life Before the War: Memories of a Beautiful Home
Before the war, my life revolved around a beautiful home where I lived with my wife, our daughter Sham, and our sons Muhannad and Muhammad. This home was more than just a place to live; it was a sanctuary filled with love, warmth, and the joy of watching my children grow. Every corner of our home echoed with their laughter, turning it into a place where dreams for the future felt not only possible but inevitable, but then the war came, and in an instant, everything changed. The place where we once felt safe and secure was reduced to rubble. The life we had carefully built, the dreams we had nurtured, and the bright future we had planned were all torn apart. The war didnât just destroy our home; it uprooted our entire existence, leaving us with nothing but the painful memories of what once was, Now, standing in the ruins of our former life, I'm left with fragments of a distant dream. The joy and security we once knew have been replaced by loss and uncertainty as we face a future overshadowed by harsh realities.

The Loss of My Professional Dream and Life After the War
And it wasnât just my home that was destroyed. My accounting office, one of the most renowned in Palestine, was also reduced to rubble. I had worked tirelessly to build this office, which wasn't just a place of business but a reflection of my passion and dedication to the field of accounting. It was our primary source of income, providing financial stability and security for my family, My office was well-known for its exceptional services and strong reputation among clients. Over the years, it had become a symbol of success and hard work in the accounting world. But the war took it all away in an instant. Everything I had worked so hard to achieve was destroyed, and years of effort and dedication were wiped out in moments, Now, I stand on the ruins of my office, just as I stand on the ruins of my life, trying to piece together the remnants of my dreams and memories. This office was a source of pride for me and my family, but the war has left us with nothing, facing an uncertain and difficult future.

War's Toll on My Dreams and Future
The war didnât just destroy my home and office; it shattered my dreams and future. As a PhD candidate in Accounting Information Systems at Universiti Utara Malaysia, I was in my final year, pursuing research that is a significant contribution to my field and valuable to entrepreneurs. With a masterâs degree with distinction and a bachelor's degree, I also taught at several universities, sharing my knowledge and passion, But the war disrupted everything. Years of hard work, academic progress, and my contributions to the field have been torn apart, leaving me with an uncertain future. Now, I am faced with the daunting task of not only rebuilding my life but also reviving the dreams and ambitions that once drove me. The journey ahead is filled with challenges, but my resolve to continue remains strong.

Displacement and Uncertainty After the War
Now, after all this devastation, my family and I are living as displaced people, homeless and jobless, with no clear future for ourselves or our children. Every day is a struggle to find food for my children, who have been robbed of every chance at a normal life by this war. Once, we lived in Shuja'iyya, in North Gaza, where we had a home, a life, and dreams. But now, after being displaced over nine times, we find ourselves in the refugee camps of Nuseirat, the war has stripped us of everythingâour home, our security, and our future. Our daily life has become a constant search for basic necessities, a far cry from the life we once knew. The dreams I had for my children and myself now feel like distant memories, overshadowed by the relentless challenges of survival. Each day brings new uncertainties, as we navigate this harsh new reality, clinging to the hope that one day we might rebuild what was lost.

Rebuild Hope: A Call to Stand with Us
We urgently call on all those who stand in solidarity with us, and every supporter, to help save what remains of our lives. Your assistance, even in small ways, can make a significant difference in helping us rebuild and restore our shattered world, rebuilding feels like an insurmountable task, but with your help, we can begin to piece together what was lost. Your contributions, no matter how small, can provide the foundation we need to start anew, offering hope and a chance at a better future for our family. Your solidarity means the world to us as we navigate these challenging times.

In a war-torn village, a baby was born under harsh conditions. He had no healthcare and insufficient food to satisfy his hunger. His mother tried her best to provide for him, but the war had taken everything from them.At night, they slept on the cold ground in a makeshift shelter, with no blankets to keep them warm. The baby's constant crying reflected the pain of hunger and fear. Without medicine or enough food, the future seemed bleak.Yet despite all the suffering, the mother continued to fight, believing that hope would come someday, and that the war would end, bringing peace and a better life for her little one.
This child is in Gaza, and he is crying because there is no food, milk, or diapers for him. His parents are asking for help from everyone to provide these essential supplies for the child. I donât have money, and the childâs father is also struggling. We need donations to help provide for our baby.
We need your help to support our family and provide the basics of a decent life. Every donation, no matter how small, will make a big difference in our lives.đđľđ¸đđ

A child is suffering from severe rashes and infections in sensitive areas of his body due to the use of unsuitable cloth diapers. His condition is getting worse, and his family is desperately seeking treatment for his skin and relief for the sensitive areas affected. They are in urgent need of help to provide the necessary care and medications for their baby. They are pleading for assistance to help give their child the relief and comfort he desperately needs.đ

We are struggling to find clean water, and the available water does not meet safety standards. With no access to clean water in our homes, we are facing a serious crisis. We are making an urgent plea for help, as the lack of water is putting our lives and health at risk.đđ

We are forced to cook ourđľđ¸ food over firewood, and as a result, the food is often unhealthy and harmful. The lack of proper cooking resources is making it difficult to provide safe and nutritious meals, putting our health at risk.đ

Our home was destroyed by the Israeli occupation, and we no longer have a safe place to live. We are left without shelter or access to proper healthcare, struggling to find safety and basic care for our family.đ

We are a simple family from Gaza, and we have suffered greatly from the difficult circumstances we live in here. The difficult economic conditions and the unstable security situation have made daily life very difficult. We need your help to support our family and provide the basics of a decent life. Every donation, no matter how small, will make a big difference in our lives. Thank you for your generosity and solidarity. Our prayers for peace and well-being for you and your families.

Yes, will try to deny it for longer.

Cannot get him out my brain

I tried to make an OC named Chico from a Bruno x reader fanfic we're in the fanfic Bruno has a son and a wife. Bruno heights behind the Walls as he watches his son grow. And I think once Chico turned 10 Bruno came back and he promises his wife and his son that he'll never leave them again and his family. I recommend you go see it. if you're a fan. I watched the movie and it was so good.
OMG YES
THIS IS JUST BEAUTIFUL đĽşđĽşđĽşâ¤ď¸â¤ď¸â¤ď¸
Abuela seeing her teenage son Bruno falling in love in the same way that she and her husband did, wishing that the tragedy would not repeat itself , the same thing happening terribly as in the movie. When Bruno returns, abuela, who had maintained closeness with the reader, find's out that she maintained communication with Bruno through the rats. This makes her happy, but also guilty for intruding on their happiness.I don't know why I hurt myself with this. Have a nice day!

(Iâm sorry but out of all the request Iâve gotten this is my favorite. This fits Brunoâs character so well.) not much dialogue since Iâm making it like the flashback of abuela and Pedro but less as sad
Super angsty beginning but fluffy ending also long opening
Iâm changing it a bit hope you donât mind.
1917 Colombia
Bruno Madrigal, a seventeen year old, reserved, and kept to himself personality. His gift and the facts that basically his only friends are rats, he didnât talk much to people. Hw didnât like to leave his room either. Sometime his mother Alma would have to get him out of there.
Today is one of those days. He already hated his room, the amount of stairs he had to climb each day, and down another. Alma wanted her son to meet people, make some new friends. But she didnât know how hard it would be seeing his gift was the ability to see into the future.
Telling people such future only made them see the negatives, tell someone their fish is going to die. They point a finger in his direction. So making friends was off the list. Yet he wanted to make his mother proud, so hesitantly left the safety of his home and went out into the village.
A festival was going on and crowds of people, gathered around in one spot. (Y/n) groaned in annoyance, trying to push through the crowd. âExcuse me,â She said, shoving through the crowd but people still blocked her way.
âPardon me. I canât see.â She exclaimed, maneuvering her way through the crowd. She sighed, giving up and walking towards a nearby lamppost and climbing up took look at the festival ahead.
âDos oruguitas enamoradasâ
Her gaze shifted towards another lamp post nearby, seeing someone around her age wearing a green poncho. He looked out of place but she smiled towards him, waving.
âPasan sus noches y madrugadasâ
He was taken back slightly, but smiled waving back at her sheepishly. She giggled, looking at him. Almost falling off the lamppost catching her balance. He chuckled, seeing how clumsy she is. He didnât know why but he had butterflies in his stomach. Her welcoming smile drew him in.
âLlenas de hambreâ
She smiled as a butterfly landed on his nose, laughing out loud. He blushed slightly watching her laugh. But then laughed as the butterfly flew towards her, landing on the tip of her nose.
âSiguen andando y navegando un mundoâ
He chuckled and she giggled, but only falling off the lamppost landing on her bum. He stepped off the lamppost rushing towards her, hoping sheâs okay. He found her laughing on the ground, the butterfly in her hair.
They smiled at each other as he helped her up, forgetting about the festival. Sitting on the water fountain, eating some arepas.
âQue cambia y sigue cambiandoâ
She smiled hearing him talk about himself, and he smiled hearing her talk about herself. Both seemed to have so much in common, âNo Bruno, your gift is amazing donât let anyone else tell you otherwise.â She said, placing her hand on his shoulder.
Alma was coming to get Bruno since it was getting late, and needed to bring him home. But was shocked to find him talking with some girl, both obviously completely enamored with the other. Like how she met Pedro, all those years ago. It still felt like it was yesterday, but was only seventeen years ago when she lost him.
âNavegando un mundoâ
(Y/n) giggled, placing her hand over his hand. Her heart skipped a beat, as did his. âMaybe, Iâll come by your casita and see my future?â She said, and he looked at her nervously.
âN-No, you wouldnât like your future. What if your hair falls out? What if you find something out you didnât wanna know?â He mumbled. She placed her hand on his cheek, calming hi down.
âIf I lose my hair.. I lose my hair. I be upset with my vision Bruno. Whatever happens happens.â She says, rubbing his cheek.
âQue cambia y sigue cambiandoâ
They both smiled before standing up, and him taking her home. Alma stood there unnoticed, she didnât want what happened to Pedro to happen to them. Sheâd never forget that night, and she didnât want her own son or (Y/n) to go through the same pain she went through.
(Y/n) looked around noticing more butterflies, âIâm happy we met Bruno.â She said, and he looked down at her a blush spreading across his cheek. âM-Me too.â He stammered.
âDos oruguitas paran el vientoâ
Theyâd meet everyday and every night, talking about their day. As well their families. Getting to know each other more falling deeper and deeper in love with one another. Alma on the other hand was worried, paranoid of what could happen to her sons relationship.
She truly didnât want what happened to her to happen to him, and this girl sheâs enamored with. (Y/n) had came over for her vision, going to Brunoâs room and once she saw the stairs. She immediately helped him create a elevator like system to get up the stairs faster.
âMientras se abrazan con sentimientoâ
âSiguen creciendo, no saben cuĂĄndoâ
(Y/n) smiled, taking his hands as he began to use his gift. Watching as his eyes turned green, the circle of sand surrounded them. As the vision appeared, she gasped seeing her and Bruno together happily married.
Three figures around them, a tall one, and two little ones, children. Bruno blushed, now knowing his future with her. The vision appeared as a jade green glass, he took it in his hands. And sat down next to her, she smiled in awe looking at the vision.
âThis is amazing!â She exclaimed, touching the glass. Looking at the image of her and Bruno together with their three kids. âYouâre amazing!â She said, looking at him.
âBuscar algĂşn rincĂłnâ
Time around them seemed to stop, as they leaned in towards each other. Their lips inches apart before finally connecting, her fingers gripped his curly hair. While his hands wrapped around her waist, she no they didnât want this moment to end.
âEl tiempo sigue cambiandoâ
She moved her hands towards his cheek, as they parted. Both blushing, âUm, can I keep this?â She asked, looking at him holding up the vision. âOf course.â He said, and she smiled giving him a peck on the lips.
âHm, I canât believe this is our future together.â She said, in awe. Her fingers tracing over the image of the three children.
âI donât even know them yet but Iâm already in love with them.â She said, crying softly looking at her future children.
âTheyâre so beautiful.â She says, leaning against his shoulder.
âInseparables sonâ
âEl tiempo sigue cambiandoâ
Bruno was about to leave to meet up with (Y/n), when Alana stopped him. Telling her son about how she thinks that girl isnât the one for him, which heâs taken aback by. Since sheâs been coming by a lot more often since they started dating four months ago, âBut mamĂĄ, I love her.â He said, and she nodded understandingly but was holding her ground.
âBut mijo, donât you want her to have a future she deserves?â She asked, and Bruno looked down remembering the vision he had. She has a point from what he saw they didnât end up having kids until they were in their early to late fifties or fourtiesâ.
âI-I want her to be happy.â He said, looking down. (Y/n) made her way up the casita, smiling. âHi casita!â She said, giggling. Holding a present in her hand for Bruno.
âAy oruguitas, no se aguanten mĂĄsâ
She noticed Bruno sitting on the stairs, âWhatâs wrong Mi amor?â She asked, placing her hand on his cheek. He could barely look at her, not wanting to see the heartbreak that he was about to force them to endure.
He pulled his head away from her, âHey, whatâs wrong?â She asked, again.
âHay que crecer a parte y volverâ
His heart already ached having not yet said a word, âIâm sorry, b-but we canât be together anymore.â He said, and it was as if her heart stopped.
She couldnât process what he just said, âW-Wha?â She whimpered. Tears welling up in her eyes, as her heart began to ache as well. Her entire body shaking, âB-But? Bruno!â She shouted, reaching out for him but he just backed away.
He couldnât look at her for if he even peeked a glance, heâd burst into tears. âPlease, Bruno what about our future together?!â She pleaded, her face bright red. He shook his head clenching his fist.
âItâs some stupid vision that youâll forget about!â He shouted, at her and she gasped in shock, hearing him call the vision stupid.
âHacia adelante seguirĂĄsâ
âY-Yeah, I guess it was stupid. I guess everything I said to you was stupid. How much I loved the future that we were going to have is stupid!â She shouted, at him tears brimming her eyes.
âVienen milagros, vienen crisĂĄlidasâ
âYouâd really think Iâd want to have a family with you?!â He shouted, and she gasped hands covering her mouth. As she couldnât stop crying she almost couldnât breathe then she threw the present at him, and ran out of the casita sobbing.
Bruno fell to his knees sobbing into his hands, his mother came towards him to place a hand in his shoulder but he bolted up the stairs and into his room slamming the door shut.
(Y/n) laid in her bed sobbing, staring at the glass vision before she stood up and smashed it on the ground. Shattering it. Then falling to her knees immediately regretting her decision sobbing as she held the shattered pieces of the faces of her children as they slowly faded away from the image.
âHay que partir y construir su propio futuroâ
( few weeks later )
âAy oruguitas, no se aguanten mĂĄsâ
(Y/n) laid in her bed, crying still not over the break up. She loved him with all her heart, and was excited for their future. Together. But now she didnât even know if she had a future, having it all been shattered literally. Her mother knocked on the door, âMija, you need to eat.â Her mother said, and (Y/n) shook her head.
âIâm not hunger mamĂĄ, please.â (Y/n) said, in a depressed tone. Her mother sighed leaving the food on the dresser, and closing the door. (Y/n) whimpered, leaning her head into her blanket sobbing.
âHay que crecer a parte y volverâ
âHacia adelante seguirĂĄsâ
The squeaking of a rat caused her to sit up, noticing a rat with a huge piece of paper in its mouth. It scurried up into her bed and she took the paper from its mouth. Opening it. It was a letter from Bruno.
Dear Y/n,
I know Iâm the last person you wanna hear from right now. But Iâm so sorry for the pain Iâm causing you. I was just afraid that our future wouldnât be the one you truly wanted, and I felt like you deserved better than me. I did it because I love you. More than anything in this entire world. Iâm so sorry.
(Y/n) cried reading the note, then reached for a new piece of paper on her nightstand.
Dear Bruno,
What you said to me absolutely broke my heart. I absolutely loved our future together. The three beautiful children that weâd eventually wouldâve had Iâd already fallen in love with. But now I know that future will never for to true.
My dream was to always find someone whoâd love me for me. And share our lives together and have a family. I thought that was you but I guess I was wrong. You do deserve me Bruno. We both deserve each other. Iâd do anything for you.
Tear drops deep through the paper.
I love you Bruno and I always will.
âVienen milagros, vienen crisĂĄlidasâ
âHay que partir y construir su propio futuroâ
So they sent letters to each other, for years. Eventually continuing their relationship through those very letters, and the once shattered glass vision the image of children appeared once more.
(Time Skip)
(Y/n) smiled, seeing Bruno again running towards him wrapping her arms around him. âWeâve actually been in contact with each other.â She says, smiling kissing him on the cheek.
Everyone was in shock, especially Alma. Seeing how happy theyâre together feeling years of pent up guilt, for trying to break them apart and succeeding or so she thought. After rebuilding casita, and hopefully Brunoâs room having less stairs. He finally proposed to (Y/n) who accepted it of course.
Alma was happy too, seeing how much the girl her son loved so much. Reminded her of her late husband, especially in how they met. (Y/n) smiled, placing her forehead on Brunoâs shoulder while crying at how her future was about to come to fruition.
âBruno, I do have one thing to tell you.â She said, looking at him. and he turned to look at her, âWhat?â He asked.
She smiled softly placing her right hand over her stomach, âIâm pregnant.â She said, and Brunoâs mouth dropped. As well as everyone elseâs. Alma smiled, placing her hand on her cheek and hugging her. Apologizing for trying to break them apart years ago.
I didnât cry while writing this you did.. hope u enjoyed
(Note: yes Bruno did sneak out of his house to see y/n which eventually led into them doing the dirty)
Quick Cleanup

The first piece of many to come from me featuring the ever-charming Bruno Madrigal. Concept was inspired from the lovely @alabasterpickles, we had this silly idea of all his rats taking the liberty of cinderella-pampering him. He probably forgets to take care of himself sometimes after being isolated for so long, so I like to think that Antonio may tell his rats to help out with it or remind him to. :]
I found your Isabela Madrigal headcanon and I wanted to say: headcanon accepted, but Bruno knows too and just feels like letting Camilo flounder if it ever comes up again. Consider it a pinch of payback for "feasts on your screams". (Also I bet Isabela totally insulted the quality of Bruno's sand when she was little once and told him not to plant anything in his room)
Bruno only knows because he caught Isabela eating the sand in his room. She prefers sand as the occasional seasoning, kinda like how someone wouldn't want to eat an entire container of basil or whatever, but would put some in their meals for flavoring.
Once he's back after the movie, Bruno and Isabela decide to gaslighting Camilo on whether or not Isabela actually eats dirt. Placing different versions of the dirt and non-dirt food everywhere, switching them out when he isn't looking. At one point, Isabela comes back from gardening with dirt in odd places that really sells the idea to Camilo she might have been eating dirt along the way.
Brunoâs âknock on wood. knock knock knock!â
Just brings a wide face splitting smile onto my face. Itâs just adorable for some reason.
Also I keep forgetting Brunoâs a 50 year old man, he just acts like my cousins who are like 30 or younger.

I always congratulate "We don't talk about Bruno" for doing good on the charts, but what I really mean is, I hate "Let it Go", and i like watching it burn
