Tired eyes stared at the mug for a moment before dragging up to Shiro with a smile. "Good morning, Shiro... thank you for the coffee."

"Forgive me, but I'm going to have to go animated on this one," Shiro laughed quietly, they needed an escape from hostility and war. He leaned his head against Keith for a moment while they talked, taking in the absolute bliss that was relaxing.

The ATLAS hummed with life outside the door, but in here it was just the two of them, sitting on Keith's bed, a blanket over their laps, and soon to be a movie projected onto the holoscreen. This was it, this was peace. This was what he'd been looking for.

Once the movie had started, Shiro put his head back against Keith, relaxing and allowing the tension of the days to melt away even if only briefly. He'd opted to be without the prosthetic arm - it had needed to charge - and it felt strange to be seen without it. His body ached, but it was a dull hum beneath the peace that flooded the room.

Keith smiled, taking Mark's hand into his own and caressing his thumb across it. "Of course I will, bear. I'm not going anywhere." He was situated in a chair by the bed, bandages around various parts of his body from their recent scuffle, but no where near as banged up as Mark had gotten.

"I'll stay right here until you're all better, I promise."

"I think he might be looking for a baker. Man can't bake to save his life-" Keith let out a sharp laugh, he was joking, of course, Hunk was alright at baking. He finished the food and moved to pick up the dirty dishes to clean them.

Keith laid his head down on his desk, sighing. He needed to get this paper done before doing anything else, but stars his brain was not in it.
