He actually has organic webbing that he can shoot out from either his wrist or his fingers. But he does use a synthetic Vibranium weave webbing for his robotic spider arm that are also Vibranium. Also, he wasn't born in Wakanda. He was adopted by the Royal Family after a vacation trip to New York where Shuri was almost mugged by some thugs before being saved by a young boy.
