Well, seeing all the votes, I realized that the powers Moon Energy Absorption/Shadow Powers will Win(That's good, i love It, thank Everyone who voted). Now I'm thinking of a vigilante name for him... Hmmm, about my Oc's nationality, I thought he was a Egyptian/American, Egyptian/Chinese or Egyptian/Japanese
What if I did the following...(Another Batman oc, just because i can...)
Make an OC of Batman, in which, let's say, he is an Atlantean, but what will differentiate him from the Atlanteans, he is from a sub-species.
In my Headcanon, the Atlanteans (Pure, cannot go to deep seas, such as the Mariana Trench), and in this, there is a subspecies that can do this, which are the Abyssals (Inspired by abyssal sea creatures, which live at this depth), They have animal characteristics (gills on the neck, webbed hands, Bioluminescence, some have the power to, let's say, have abilities related to an marine animal, for example: Some abyssals can shoot ink and also use camouflage like octopuses, Some can inject venom through their nails (like stonefish and lionfish), some are bigger (like whales) and are tougher/stronger than others. But some, in particular, may be born with a mix of animal abilities, depending on their genetic heritage, like the Atlanteans, they cannot walk on the surface (unless they are hybrids, and also if they wear armor).
About my Oc: He is a hybrid of human and abyssal (just like Aquaman), however he is in this case, an abyssal leviathan (one of the strongest specimens that exists in the abyssal species), and he has magical/abyssal potential, since he is a demonic sea serpent, and he can be stronger than Superman (by using magic, according to him), their potential reaches, let's say, he can swim at absurd speeds and strength, agility, flexibility, reflexes and other attributes at very strong levels (this is when he is an Adult, in the abyssal species, you reach your maximum potential at 28 years old), At the moment, my Oc is only at the enhanced level (but he can use his powers a lot, but he still learns). He learned Krav Maga and Kung Fu, he uses the Dragon style of Kung Fu, He can conjure lightning (due to his horns), and he can see and have an internal glow (bioluminescence), quite high, he can see very well in the dark, He also has a very strong build, He has lines on his body, which make them glow as he uses his bioluminescence, and he uses his rays. He took after his mother's leviathan side (and she is a very tall woman, being 1.98m in human form, to disguise herself) and her abyssal form goes up to 4.5 meters, And his father was short, 1.66m tall, My Oc, he has eyes like this:
(His eyes glow in the dark, every time he breathes you can see his whole skeleton glowing, he too, can drink alcohol and not get drunk, but he prefers to drink juices, he has small horns, which allow him to generate lightning), He has to wear sunglasses, so that no one looks at his eyes and finds him scary (but only his friends and his adoptive brothers, they don't find his eyes strange, but beautiful).
He had his first contact with Batman when he was 8 years old, it was when he saved the batboat, which was sinking, and he decided to rise to the surface, then he decided to swim away in high speed. He appears months later, after he is out on the street at night, and is stealing fish to eat, Batman appears and decides to take him in, He has to wear a mask to hide the fangs in his mouth, but Raven (his romantic partner), finds his fangs quite unique. He lost his father when he was 4 years old, he refused to go to an orphanage, and decided to raise himself alone, he buried his father at sea. He was 6 years old and swam from where he lived (Iceland) to Gotham alone.
Under Batman's tutelage, he was also taught to read and speak languages, he speaks a total of 10 languages(Icelandic, English, Atlantean, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese, Spanish, Hebrew, Mandarin and Esperanto).

Greetings everyone, I had to delete the poll about Steven Universe x DC Comics (My half-gem OC). Because I forgot to add it, only gems (black version), like, only the most beautiful ones, and once again, I ask for your help to vote a lot, to help me a lot... (And also, I decided to make a change of the gems that They hadn't been voted on, but I chose a gem in their place, I'll only choose a few, I promise, However, I chose labradorite because I think it is one of the most beautiful gems I have ever seen)
About my Oc, little information (so far), one of the pieces of information I have is that he is 85% gem and 15% human, and his mother, unlike Rose Quartz She stayed until her son grew up at the age of 3(And he lost his father at age 7 and was taken in by Bruce at age 8) but when she found out what happened to the black diamond, she had to urgently return to her homeworld. His gem will be located in the chest(The gem is connected to his heart), but the good side is that he doesn't need oxygen to breathe, and he is resistant to gem weaponry(like Steven).
His height will grow from: 1.73m to 2.10m in the end (he takes after his mother's giant height). His ethnicity is Asian...
(I'm seriously in doubt about making him half diamond like Steven or half Obsidian - H E L P).

As someone who became a fan of Marvel from the old 90's X-Men Cartoon I have to say you have great taste in villains'. But it has me wondering if you have any superhero/villain ocs?

Oh I love Monarch Spider's colors! I had my own Spidersona back when that was popular Spider Spot, they where in a all white suit with a ink blot spider across their chest. Their webs where black and had the same portal opening powers as the Spot.

Well let's see...
For NightScream, he was Gotham's first Vigilante, under the name SilverMane, a cat themed Vigilante. He is Selina Kyle (Catwoman) Older Brother Sylas Kyle. Raised in the streets, Master thief at a young age. Became friends with Bruce Wayne after going to a Gala at Wayne Manor. Witnessed the murder of Bruce's parents and helped save Bruce and slow Joe Chill long enough for him to be arrested. When Bruce Leaves for his "training" Sylas is given control over Wayne Enterprises and is known as "the Silver son of Gotham" he establishes many projects that help clean up Gotham. Meanwhile he became the Vigilante SilverMane and had been operating for 12 years before Bruce return and Batman appeared. Their relationship as Vigilantes was similar to the one Batman has with Catwoman, but they eventually become full crime fighting duo.
As for Monarch, his name is Anansi. He was adopted by the Wakandan Royal family after he saved a young Shuri from some muggers. After proving his skills he was made the Royal Secret Keeper and later Advisor to King T'Challa, he knows all of Wakanda's secrets, even those the King or the council of Elders don't know about. "Control the Spider, control the Throne" is what Killmonger says about him. He would later travel to New York where he meets Peter and become close friends and a crime fighting Duo.
