Sun: Cancer 11th house 19 degrees: Sun is our identity and my identity in 11h is when older I can be more social, unique, outgoing, could have a social media presence,& could have a lot of friends when older. In cancer which is more sensitive, emotional, nurturing could mean I could be more sensitive or nurturing. 19 degrees (Libra) which is about connections / relationships which can be my main focus on when older.

Moon: Virgo 1st house 14 degrees: Moon is our emotions and in Virgo my emotional state can be more organized but also being critical about my emotions. In 1h I could focus on my physical appearance, confidence, & individuality. At 14 degrees (Taurus) which is about money, self-worth, & stability which can be my main emotional focus on when older.

Mercury: Leo 12th house 15 degrees: Mercury is our communication style and in Leo my communication can become more bold, confident, and passionate. At 15 degrees (Gemini) which is also a sign in mercury which emphasizes communication.

Venus: Leo 12th house 16 degrees: Venus is our aesthetic, beauty, romances. Venus in Leo means my aesthetic could be more bold, and could wear brighter colors. Also Venus in Leo could mean I will be bold / confident in my relationships as well.
