“Stay hydrated” this, “hydrate or diedrate” that

Literally EVERY TIME I take a sip of water, or any liquid for that matter, I choke on it. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME

I can’t stay hydrated if my body rejects all of the water I drink.

This is my first time drawing any anthropomorphic lizard/dragon creatures so cut me a bit of slack, but I think this came out pretty alright. Anyway, here is my new Dragonborn Warlock oc :3

I just watched the full LOTR trilogy and omg what I would give to live in Rivendell. Like, how gorgeous is this?

Why can’t we all just dress like elves and chill by waterfalls and sleep in canopy beds? Ugh Halloween needs to come sooner, I need an excuse to dress in my fantasy gear!!!!

I have OPINIONS about the Minecraft Movie trailer.

This was originally a comment I made on Youtube under the official trailer, but I felt it would be seen more here. I have a lot to say so bear with me:

This would be a 1000% better movie if it were completely animated. The people look so out of place in the world, and it's not in a good way where there's some deeper meaning behind it, it just looks like they're standing in front of a green screen. I also don't get the half-realistic look they're going for with the creatures and environment. It looks like one of those weird "realistic" Minecraft shader/texture packs, and it's just off-putting. If it were just animated (I'm thinking Minecraft story mode style) it would work much better visually. It's sad because I'm pretty sure Jack Black would give an amazing performance in this movie, but it'll just be overshadowed by how bad and low quality it looks.

Not to mention how the story will work. Minecraft has SO MUCH content in it, that it can't all be translated into one movie. And there is no one way to play and beat Minecraft, so there is no one story to follow. I am really concerned on how they will interpret and write the story of the movie.

If I were to make a suggestion based on my opinion on how they could make a better movie, I would say: Don't just stick to one movie. Either do a series (again, like Minecraft story mode. That show was just good by itself, and probably a better representation of Minecraft than this movie will be) OR make it a trilogy, (at least 3 movies) kinda LOTR style with a more fantasy plot. It could be like a team of adventurers trying to defeat the Ender Dragon, going through the Nether, different biomes, meeting pillagers, and the Warden on the way. I just can't say in good faith that what they have right now will turn out to be that good.

I seriously hope this is a Sonic Movie situation and they are able to remake the entire style of the movie, but I really doubt that.
