Underrated feature of Lloyd Ninjago is that as the series progresses it becomes increasingly apparent that he has got a Rage inside him and is trying really hard to keep it all bottled up, but all this trauma is making that more and more difficult with every season. Late-season Lloyd is just constantly white-knuckling it through life. Poor guy is barely holding onto his composure by a thread. At any given moment he is one more death of a loved one away from just completely bungee-jumping over the deep end. Lloyd buddy i love you but you need all the therapy oh my god
