I’m assuming you refer to the Teen Titans run from 2003? They get back together in issue #100. The series ends with them kissing and walking hand in hand together. Raven finally gets her shit together and tells Gar she wants him, and he admits he still wants her, too.

As far as we know, BBRae are still together and happy in the Pre52 universe.

N52 was a whole reboot so none of it ever happened in that series, and Rebirth is more or less a continuation of N52 so. They haven’t broken up but they also aren’t officially together (although not if Abnett, Snyder, and Tomasi have something to say about it, lol).
