I don't know why ppl act like Amity Park should have figured out Danny's secret identity when it is by basic human understanding of the laws of the universe the the least obvious secret identity ever.

Reasons why someone wouldn't figure it out:

He's dead, how would he be that one alive kid?

They don't think Phantom has a secret identity at all.

Why would he be that one kinda pathetic nerd kid if he even did have a secret human ID.

His parents are ghost hunters, the leading Ghost hunters, surely surely they would know their own kid is dead.

Listen. The vibe i want from Danny is that his vibes are in constant contradiction.

I want a phantom that's a terrifying endless well of power, but also v visibility terrified and lost 14 yo kid who doesn't know what to do. I want a Danny that gets into hijinks, stupid situations, and mischief and yet has unfathomable kindness and cunning that rivals, if not surpass, his co-characters. I want him to be a cute, curious and bright kid and I want him to be bitter, exhausted, and angry for reasons he might not entirely understand yet, and I want that anger to be dark and deep, as well as justified; most of all I want him to weild that anger well. I want him to have greatly outgrown his parents at such a young age yet still want them desperately.

I want there to be an innocence and I want to see the loss of it. And despare, yet for there to be hope in spite of it.

Believable, yes

If its believable for Danny to somehow end up under a Batkids radar and end up created chaos together, then there is no doubt in my mind that if Danny or Phantom meets Bruce Wayne then you can believe that he will go along with any shenanigans that this boy wants. 

Bruce has a Butler for a foster father, an acrobatic kid that was voted best butt every year, a crime lord son that was dead and somehow not, the favorite assassin daughter, the purple daughter, his literal sunshine meta child, his feral biological child, his sleep deprived high iq son and his daughter who is the daughter of his trusted ally. 

Oh and everyone other child, creature, superhero, cousin and love interest as well

You can bet anything that if Danny comes up to him wanting a ice cream cone then Bruce will take him to the batplane to italy to buy gelato

the children got this way for a reason mind you
