- You saw Jaskier as your brothers friend, and as your friend, but he was determined to change that.

- But Jaskier watched the whole thing and jumped behind you, catching the spell in your place.

- "It's going to be okay, I promise. Just please stay awake, okay? Please, I-I can't lose you."

- You couldn't believe that he took that hit for you.

- As he attempted to keep on smiling, coughing up blood occasionally, you felt like a new part of you was opened.

- You both just stared at eachother after he said that, awkwardly blushing.

- So, you took the throne, and without a king. Because even though he said those horrible things to you, you knew that no one else could make you feel as special as Borra did.

- "My Queen, there is great news!"

"Of what?"

"The Fey folk are free! Even the Dark Fey! They are free to roam the lands of Ulstead!"

- And one Dark Fey immediately came into mind: Borra.

- And he was thinking of you too. Even with this freedom, he still wanted to go back. He just needed to know if you were okay, if you even reigned on your father's throne, and. . .if you married.

- But being the granddaughter of Poseidon had its perks, and one of them was to look like a human and you enchanted yourself with human legs.

- You met Aurora to discuss an alliance with Ulstead and Atlantis, and she had her Captain of the Royal Guard come in to meet you.

- "Queen (Y/N) of Atlantis, I would like for you to meet the Captain of the Royal Guard: Borra"

- And the second those doors opened, you couldn't believe your eyes. And neither could he.

- After all these years, here you were, alive and Queen of Atlantis. Yet. . .you wore no ring.

- "Borra? Is it. . .really you?"

"Who else would it be?"

- With tears welling up in your eyes, you ran towards him and hugged him with all of your might, and he embraced you just as hard. You both had tears running down your cheeks, completely ignoring the confused couple behind you.

- "I'm so sorry I said all those things to-"

"Just shut up and kiss me"

- And that he did. You both shared a passionate, much long awaited kiss while your hands clung to his hair and his hands gripped your waist.

- Not long after, Borra decided he never wanted to lose you again and there was a royal wedding that combined two more kingdoms, but also brought back a couple with an undeniable love for eachother.

- "As your first day as King Borra of Atlantis, what is your first order?"

"My first order. . .I order you to kiss me," He smirked.

"I think I'm going to do a bit more than that" ;)
