More relativity falls :D this time it’s 70’s Mabel

Mabel does not get kicked out of the house at 18, I believe that even if the twins’ parents did do so (I don’t think they would in the first place place) Dipper would go after Mabel and reconnect much sooner. But that’s no fun is it? Instead Mabel runs away faking her death as she does so, so that no one goes looking for her. In her life she had been the source of trouble again and again, a girl of her personality wouldn’t particularly mesh well with society back then. But she doesn’t get her hopes down. What does crush her and makes her start to believe that bad things happen because of her is when her father is drafted. You see her parents’s had the twins at a fairly young age so her father was still in the age range for the draft at the time. Despite her being young at the time it left a mark. And what also left a mark was the state her father returned in. He had been critically injured on the battlefield and had been honorably discharged. Despite having nothing to do with it she blamed herself. As time went on and her parent’s marriage started to get rocky, eventually ending in divorce when she was 13, she blamed herself yet again. If only she had tried hard enough to be a better daughter they would still be together. And there’s Dipper. He’s been there through all of this by her side. But why he be? Could he see all the damage she’s caused to this family? It all finally catalyzes when they were 18 and Dipper had just gotten an opportunity for West Coast Tech.

This is the moment she decides to run away, everyone is better off that way.

Tee hee anyway that’s what I’ve been cooking up recently, I have so much more ofc, but I need to (semi) finalize it first :)

(Side note: yes I know the math doesn’t math, but the gravity falls timeline is already an enigma so let me have this)

Just got done with a bunch of artfight prep!!! I’m so happy I was able to double my character count after 3 years oml😭 and most certainly not due to a lack of ocs

Sad I was unable to make everyone animated pixel icons, but at least I had my priorities straight and got the refs done first :)
