But let’s be real, rampant porn bots own large swaths of this website. Stolen photos of trans women get posted here all the time either in aggregated accounts or by literal impersonators. Predstrogen had a long standing account, is a real person, and was facing harassment and stalking that wasn’t being addressed by the moderation team. Who wouldn’t be fucking pissed?

She got nuked for reasons that are verifiably bullshit. I’ve chosen to rally around the fact that @staff went so far as to delete her fucking transition photos (before the account entirely) - by continuing to share mine.

I wish no ill will on @photomatt or their family nor do I wish any physical harm against any member of @staff. I am merely speaking out against the leadership of a website I care a lot about making horrible decisions that affect me and my friends. I find it absolutely ridiculous how much easier and safer I feel it is for me to be trans in public in a conservative part of the country vs. here online where there is such callous disregard for me and those people like me. I would say do better, but I don’t believe that you will.
