This is one of my favourite scenes ever.

We have this group that are considered to be ruthless terrorists. And we see Maul and Pre Vizla, who have both killed innocent people, with this ominous music in the background.

And Pre Vizla is just like “Oh you’re just in time for my tea party 🫖 Have some tea 💕 special herbs ✨ so so yummy 😋 it’s good for your health 😏”

And Maul is just like 👺😡😠😒😳 like we watch his expression go from “is this poison” to “quite tasty”

BUT THE WAY PRE VIZLA SAYS “have some tea” LIKE WHY IS IT SO *debby Ryan radio rebel* TYPA BEHAVIOUR

I like drawing Ahsoka

So I have a two year old son who can only go to sleep listening to La fin du Show... which is a 7 minutes long, french Canadian song from the band Les Cowboys Fringants. It is not a lullaby. It's the posthumous, sorrowful song they released after their singer died from cancer last year. My kid listened to this song with us when it first came out, decided it was a masterpiece and proceeded to ask us to sing it to him every night ever since.

If you had to sing a child to sleep RIGHT NOW what would you sing and it CANT BE a lullaby it has to be a regular song

I haven't had a lot of time to draw the past two weeks, which sucks but so I've been doing these sort of simpler, sketchy pieces. I have been really enjoying them c:

Ok so I got carried away with my idea of Tom Hiddleston as fancasting for Clone Wars Maul so I just HAD TO put Maul’s tattoos on Tom’s face, I just had to. He turned out younger than I intended, looks much more like pre TPM Maul tbh lol

(This is just a manip, I don’t dare to paint Tom’s beautiful face but someday I probably should)

do you ever wonder how ahsoka saw her childhood. do you ever wonder if she thought it ended the day she stepped off that ship and met anakin for the first time. do you ever wonder if she went back to the temple and felt too old for her bones. do you ever wonder if she told a joke she’d heard anakin or rex make to someone who’s the age she was when the war started thinking it’s fine, it’s normal, everyone lives like this, everyone knows what i mean only to be confronted with quiet horror. do you ever wonder if ahsoka didn’t think she was a child anymore because after the thirteenth time you see someone torn to pieces by shrapnel you can’t think that way anymore or you’ll go insane. do you ever wonder if she knew how young she was.

do you think the birth families of the jedi mourned when they heard the news about order 66. do you think they worried and that they weeped when the clone wars began and they heard that their children were going off to fight in it. do you think they looked at their calendars and kept track of how old their children had become every birthday. do you think they knew that their child was only 10 when they were murdered during order 66. do you think any jedi went out to find their birth parents after losing the only family they really knew. do you think any families sheltered other escaping jedi, knowing what likely happened to their own. do you think the families cried. do you think they mourned. do you think, even though they hadn't seen their children in years... they still weeped?

lol this is so true. and also really cool in a way i could never explain to anyone who isn't Like This

i think about ahsoka's "she was my friend" line too many times a day
