I think they would kill him for funsies but seeing him run is probably more fun+ it would make Penelope less mad, so at the very end , after playing with him they do give him the possibility to "run away before you die"

I also love the little wolf nickname bc it's so cute !!! One more thing that ties him to Ody !! AND THESE BITCHES USE IT TO TAUNT HIM!! TO SAY THAT HE WILL NEVER LIVE UP TO HIS FATHERS NAME!!
