I can write 2000 words in a day and I feel empty or write 20 and send a screenshot to a friend like "LOOK IT IS A METAPHOR!!! I AM A GENIUS!!!!!!"
If every part of my body is replaced with a new one, am I still me, or am I some new being, different from the one who was born the day I was supposed to be?
as a human who is hugely focused in fashion, i believe sirius black is the kinda wizard who would wear tons of silver jewels
which means the silver would burn (or whatever, idk much about werewolves tbh) remus lupin
which means our tough and grunge-y sirius would willingly take his jewellery off for him (which would be a morally acceptable fashion crime)
so yeah, i just had an idea for a wolfstar fic that i’m never gonna write
gosh
after 2 years of latin and 1 epiphany all I can say is carpe noctem is the new carpe diem
carpe, carpe, carpe whatever you wanna carpe not just the day
some of us hate the sun okay julii caesaris asinus? some of us like to seize a good old pdf reading at 4am is that okay with you or will you throw us all to the lions? yeah that’s what i tought
am i the only one who just hates mirrors? like i can stand them in real life but if i’m watching a film (especially horror movies) or reading a book and there is a mirror i feel like it always implies something negative, like self-hatred or shame or betrayal
idk but if you think about it, if we relate mirrors to negative concepts in films we also start to relate them in real life, and just as so we link those “bad” things with our reflection
isn't that a problem? like we unconsciously end up hating ourselves because of culture, if an author reflects their pain in metaphors we relate the objects of those metaphors with the original pain and, consequently, with the real life, with our lives
