Ghost Chirps Au But Instead Of The Cute Little Bird Songs And Peeps Its Just-

Ghost chirps au but instead of the cute little bird songs and peeps it’s just-

“CAW”

Like a giant crow or flock of crows if there’s more than one ghost. Danny being able to gather all of Gotham’s crows, as a giant army because he sounds like them.

Crows: Who tf are you

Danny: CAW

Crows: Say less homie

He’s named every last one of them and has trained them all to pick locks and steal. He’s respected by the crows because he’s the only one with dexterous hands. If they can’t open something they call in the big guns (AKA Danny) Like imagine being a Gothamite and watching a enormous flock of crows seemingly summoning a scrawny child out nowhere to unlock a dumpster? Like they’re crowding around him like he’s the messiah, a god even and they all just squawk in unison when the kid pulls out a bobby pin and picks the padlock. They’re dropping, coins, bottle caps, earrings, bullet shells, anything vaguely shiny and the occasional paper money into his hands.

The kid has a necklace of soda tabs and bottle cap earrings. He also just walks around collecting beer bottles and later sells little glass statues that have a bioluminescent glow (HC that Danny can melt and shape glass with weaker ecto blasts) Glowing glass jewelry is weaved into his hair that is seemingly a identity confirmation for the crows.

Nobody knows the kids name he just showed up one day with his massive army of crows and started to wander. After around a month of the kid wandering around without a care in the world and not dying the locals decide “Huh, I guess crow prince is here to stay,” Like, they accept him as a local cryptid.

Like “Yeah, crow king just kind of vibes but if you give him food, he’ll bash in a pedophiles kneecaps,”

Shit goes down When Danny discovers his chirps can also sound like geese.

After 146 days, the Writer's Strike has ended with a resounding success. Throughout constant attempts by the studios to threaten, gaslight, and otherwise divide the WGA, union members stood strong and kept fast in their demands. The result is a historic win guaranteeing not only pay increases and residual guarantees, but some of the first serious restrictions on the use of AI in a major industry.

This win is going to have a ripple effect not only throughout Hollywood but in all industries threatened by AI and wage reduction. Studio executives tried to insist that job replacement through AI is inevitable and wage increases for staff members is not financially viable. By refusing to give in for almost five long months, the writer's showed all of the US and frankly the world that that isn't true.

Organizing works. Unions work. Collective bargaining how we bring about a better future for ourselves and the next generation, and the WGA proved that today. Congratulations, Writer's Guild of America. #WGAstrong!!!

DC x DP Crossover Fic Idea

When news of a new Ghost King, who's a much kinder ruler than the last, reach Zatanna (and Constantine) they mention it to the Justice League in hopes that, due to the new rulers beliefs, he will aid the Justice League in their battles if they need help.

After all, if someone can beat Pariah Dark and change many of his rules in the Infinite Realms, surely they are bound to want to help.

Zatanna tells the Justice League that the dead in the Infinite Realms are not hostile, and should pose no threat.

And it is true, while they make their way to the Ghost King's castle, no attacks are being made.

But...

The ghosts aren't exactly welcoming and instead openly glare at the members, many especially stare in hatred at Batman.

It is almost overwhelming to Zatanna, who senses the obvious anger and hatred and disgust coming from the people of the Ghost Zone.

They make their way to the castle, and are led to the Ghost King's throne room. They are met with a... boy. A teenager, really.

He couldn't be older than Robin.

He, too, stares in anger when the members of the Justice League get closer to him from where he is sitting on his throne.

They talk; of word spreading of the new Ghost King, to which the boy answered that he was the new Ghost King.

When mentioned of him aiding the Justice League in their battles, he scoffs and says nothing.

When the Justice League finishes their speech, Wonder Woman steps up and speaks on the topic that many were all thinking since they stepped foot in the Infinite Realms.

"Forgive my sudden question, your highness, but it seems that there is something that we are missing. You're people seem to harbor a deep resentment, almost hatred-like, feeling towards the Justice League. We would like to know why."

There is silence from the King for a moment, before he answers.

"Many of my people were not saved by you or your team while they were alive. Especially ones from Gotham. Victims of the Joker, Two-Face, Riddler, etc. Who get thrown in a cell they will escape from a week later." He coldly says, green eyes blazing with open anger. His stare seems to pierce towards Batman.

"You have failed them, which is why they hold resentment for you."
