A very important thing to me about the batfam magical girl AU is that the rest of the characters are classic dc comics characters. Which means that while they have many similarities (magical girls are like lantern corps with more glitter and less police anyway, and the magical batfam story can get really dark and tragic at times), they're constantly faced with the clash between comics logic and magical girl anime logic. By which I mean:

I was gonna shoot the guy and accidentally left my heart open to channel the energy of the Galaxy and in doing so I saw the man for all that he could be and the magic of the Robin and the Wolf combined to make the gun magic and when the bullet hit him it changed the man on a fundamental level and he realised he wanted to follow his lost dream of selling portraits by the beach instead of trafficking people.
Kyle: what-
Jason: he died a few minutes later though. I did still shoot him in the heart.

After Justice League shenanigans lead to a multiverse portal opening:
Failsafe!Batman: -so I pulled out the shark repellent to fight he jokerized space sharks, and then I fell from the moon-
Magical!Batman: That doesn't make any sense! Shark repellent spray is an absurd thing to have in your utility belt and besides, you don't just fall off from the moon!
Green Arrow : Finally somebody said it.
Magical!Batman: You have to take the magic portal on the other side of the moon!
Green Arrow: ...Spoke too soon.

Now it’s time for some good ol’ Shazam. Honestly I can’t tell you who my favourite character is between Billy Batson and Tim Drake, when it comes to DC. Also, he may not be my favourite, but I can always appreciate a feral child when I see one. This feral child being Damian.
This is how I imagine their team-up would be like.
I’ve been reading these fics of the Justice league being introduced to a young Jason/Robin. They are wonderful and cute. Him being all shy and shit, adorable.
But I don’t think they are accurate at all.
People from Gotham are wary of new people. People from Crime Alley hate them.
So I think it would be more like, Jason eyeing them, glaring and being rude. He introduced himself and is ready to be left alone. He watches them but doesn’t speak.
Many take great offense, Batman just says ‘he’s from Gotham, give him time.’
After a little bit, Jason speaks. Only when spoken to, short and to the point. He glares and isn’t friendly.
Only after six months or so does he start being nice, responding more. He’s not sweet or entirely kind, he’s sarcastic and keeping them at arms length for a reason. You can’t trust new people, only trust yourself. Batman tells them Jason likes them, they think he’s kidding.
One year later does Jason start to initiate conversations, ask questions, and put in some thought into his answers. Basically, you aren’t entirely untrustworthy so you can stay. But make no mistake, Jason is never unaware or unprepared.
I’ve read quite a few stories where the Justice League finds out about Batman’s kids by some random event.
Now, it is my turn to add to this.
Batman has gone ‘missing’ and the JL needs to find out what happened. (He’s just sick)
So they head to Gotham, currently under watch of Robin (Jason Todd) and Nightwing.
So the JL is going around Gotham, searching for Batman when Robin catches Green Lantern and pulls him to a roof top.
“Get out of Gotham.”
GL is like ‘who tf is this?’ When Robin is surround by the JL, and shocked but plays it cool bc yknow pride.
GL uses his ring to hand a robin upside down, Robin uses colorful language to express his displeasure.
Everyone is like, shocked but start to ask where Batman is. Robin ain’t a snitch so he doesn’t spill. Wonder Woman uses the Lasso of Truth but still, he’s just, focusing on other things so he rambled about his school.
Nightwing pops up and is like, hey could Robin down. Batman is sick.
JL doesn’t believe them until Nightwing calls Batman to explain.
So, JL leaves and is like, Batman has kids, what do you know
Justice League bonding nights at Bruce’s manor. Video games and movies.
Hal Jordan is dominating all the games with Barry in close second. Bruce has had enough and calls Jason (robin) to beat his ass.
Jason steals a remote and demolished him and the high score on all the games. Even with the weakest characters.
Hal is like, I’ve played for a lifetime, wth.
Jason, ‘spite and insomnia are great motivators.’
The only one who Jason has trouble beating is Billy. Not bc theyre both great, but when they play against each other they will tackle each other. It’s not a game, it’s war.
I love the Arkham Knight Batmobile. It’s just, ugh yknow. It’s basically a tank and it’s wonderful.
The way it can drive normally or be a tank, with all the added bonus features.
So in my admiration for the wonderful piece of equipment, I remembered that the JL probably haven’t seen it.
Imagine it, the JL trapped inside a fortress in cages hanging from the ceiling. Suddenly all the bad guys leave and Batman is just smirking. Then BOOM, the walls shake and they see a literal TANK ON THE OTHER SIDE
they’re all like, who is that. Batman goes ‘my ride’
I need more fics or moment of just Hal Jordan being a fighter pilot.
Like, the JL is in the batplane and Hal is just like, gimme the controls. He’d be blasting off and laughing.
Does anyone know of Hal centric fics like at all? I can’t find like any
Hal taking each member of the JL on a flight would be super funny. With most he would try and have fun or show them something cool. Sinc eSuperman, WW, Hawkgirl and other know how to fly, he mostly does flips and stuff.
Since Barry is all about speed and he doesn’t really feel it, Hal would ‘floor it’ and make him feel all the g’s.
Hal would try to scare Batman. He’d stall the plane then wait til the last second to save it. Basically, anything to freak him out. Surprisingly, Batman really enjoys this and even chuckles a little. He also admits that Hal is the far better pilot and he has no reason to feel jealous. Hal found this annoying since he didn’t.
How Bruce gets his kids ready to fight-

A few words.
"It's been more than thirty years since the wolf and the winter cold." You can pretty much think that about Zack Snyder's career since he directed Lizzy Borden's "Love is a crime" music video. Indeed it has been a long way, but his career really jumped when "Dawn Of The Dead" (a Romero's remake) hit the screens back in 2004. That glorious movie, well paced, filled with frenetic zombies, has reached the precious cult-status over the following years. Well deserved. From then on, Snyder created some visually stunning movies, including the marvelous "Watchmen" (considered the "Citizen Kane" of comic movies). But his film making style is not only cinematic but a work of art. Just take a look at those beautiful scenes, almost perfect. He's a real artist. Fast forward to 2021, the year when the infamous "Zack Snyder's Justice League" finally sees the daylight, after an avalanche of criticism over the 2017 version, which was somehow finished by Joss Whedon. Zack left at post-production due to the loss of his daughter, Autumn. Even though he was supported by thousands of fans all over the world, and knowing it would affect his project, he decided to step down and grieve. As a father, trust me when I tell you I would have done the same thing. Family comes first. But he was betrayed by the very same company he had worked for many years. Not only that, his ideas were pitched to the competition, thus creating a "successful" two-part movie. What a shame. He stood strong, a hero, as the very same characters he tries to print in his films. ZSJL came triumphant. Damn, it's almost perfect. Forget box office, this flick is full of heart. The actors provide a significant difference. The very same EPILOGUE could be a standalone movie, just like that. The dialogue has a meaning, it's not superfluous. Joe Morton's message to his son, Vic Stone (played beautifully by Ray Fisher), makes you cry, 'cause in the end, I think Snyder wrote it with Autumn in mind. Even though the movie shows a fake world, with situations beyond a regular and simple day, provides lots of humanism, warm feelings. We are living cold times, people are exhausted, filled with fear, alienated from their families, alone. Snyder's slo-mo style gives a glimp of his way to see things: perhaps he's trying to ease our minds and show us for a split second beautiful imagery. We need to take the time to enjoy, to love, to breathe, to listen, to help, to cry, to ask for forgiveness, to forgive... to watch. Open your eyes, take this movie as an escape, but keep in mind it will take you far away, beyond everything. This movie is art. Plain and simple.

Spider-verse, but Nightwing
OK I once saw a comment somewhere which went along the lines of...
"I wish Dc would give us a animation-like Spiderverse of Nightwing"
and at first i kind of ignored it- cuz idk, i don't really care about Nightwing- I mean, i love him! He's great, but not one of my favorite batfamily members.
BUT THEN I REALIZED THE OTHER CHARACTERS WOULD BE THERE TOO
so, here's what i think a Spiderverse movie would be like,
(If the plot was similar)
Nightwing- Obv he's Miles Morales, the main character!
Gwen- OK, the love interest. So we have three main competitors for fan favorite ships! Dick/Wally, Dick/Barbara, and Dick/Kori! Now one of them is already cancelled by default, because Dc is a coward, so we only have Barbara and Kori left! and well, Barbara fits Gwen's personality much more than Kori, and that paired with the fact that DC favors DickBabs in general, WE HAVE A WINNER!
SpiderVerse- okay, this is where it starts to lean a bit away from the movies and a bit from the comics; Spiderverse is now the Court of Owls! My headcannon is that for some reason all vigilantes (minus Batman and one other person, u will find out) join the court of owls thinking it has the right idea, and then BOOM its not actually that good (it kills people it can't control). BUT its not that wrong either. When it figures out what its doing wrong, it starts helping the vigilantes against the real evil, which is...
Spot- The league of assassins :)) YES I KNOW, IT ISN'T REALLY A MAIN VILLAIN of Nightwing's, but STILL, it's too good of a opportunity to give up seeing Ra's and Talia in the movie.
Miles Parents- Bruce and Selina, obviously. I think Jefferson's personality as a parent is PERFECT for Bruce-emotionally-constipated-dad! Selina is Bruce's wife, obv, BUT there is one change here...Y'know that scene where Rio gives Miles that 'your un-grounded" talk? I think it would be Wally giving Nightwing a super cool heartwarming speech (it won't be the same though) and then turned out Selina was listening to it all and at the end is just like "sigh, ok, you're ungrounded, come back soon, i'll deal with Bruce."
NOW FOR THE REST OF THE BATFAMILY MEMBER'S
Tim Drake- DRUM ROLL PLEASE, Hobie Brown! Hobie's smart, and while his personality might be a bit too much....It's still perfect for the role Tim would be playing. Hobie doesn’t trust the Court, and at the end he’s the one who had everything prepared for when they realise that the Court Of Owls is wrong!
Stephanie Brown- AND SHE'S GOING TO BE OUR FAV CINNAMON ROLL, Pavitr Prabhakar. And as much as it pains me as a Pakistani to remove his Indian heritage, it must be done. He's goofy, he ships the two main characters, and is just adorable, he's perfect for Stephanie, and will definitely give her justice.
Cassandra Cain- Sadly, Cass is going to have a less prominent role in the second movie, but hopefully she shows up more in the third; Margo Kess! the scene where she lets Miles go is perfect, because she can detect body language and would understand that Nightwing is right, and Miguel is planning on hurting him.
Damian Wayne- FINALLY MY FAV CHARACTER, but this one is more of a original character instead of a already made character in the movie; Damian is going to be the person Dick has to save. Because i love their dynamic. So, Damian is probably being manipulated by LoA, and idk maybe Ra's is trying to use him as a body vessel without Damian knowing, and the court of owls needs him dead because "HES A WILD CARD" but Dick just NEEDS to save him "BECAUSE THAT'S MY BROTHER, DAMN YOU, IM NOT LETTING ANOTHER ONE DIE" and cue everyone fighting LoA and then a wholesome Dick and Dami scene; Feel free to elaborate on it.
Jason Todd- I had to think a lot for this, but i have a PERFECT answer; Uncle Aaron. ITS SAD AND WILL BREAK HEARTS BUT ITS PERFECT, HELP- The relationship with Jefferson? check. Dies? check. What more do we need?

And, well, the first movie takes place when it's only Dick and Jason adopted (Before Jason's death, and then a bit after, when Dick is dealing with the grief)

"No/Nope." Two different responses from Dan and Nomad. This time both are grinning like maniacs and seem to have agreed on something.
"Alright! So," Nomad began, "This is my brother, Dan. We share the same parents, Danny and Vlad. Danny is our mother, and we refuse to see Vlad anything but the creepy next-door neighbour. I know Danny is male, and I call him dad, but he's our mother technically."
"Hi, it's really not a pleasure to meet you, and yes, we are brother and sister. Yes, Danny is our mother, technically. And, yes, we acknowledge that Vlad is technically our father, but we do not see him as such after what he did to us and our mother." Dan finished and confirmed with a grin.
You can see the confusion on everyone's face, the demon they had a problem with, the heroes and the cultists. They were all trying to figure out how their family tree worked now that they had a more clear one.
Found this old snippet and don't really remember of the context for it outside of being a joking exploration of how weird the Fenton/Phantom family tree would seem to outsiders (not even getting into how relationships might be classified differently between the human side & the ghost side)

Nomad motioned to the towering, vaguely vampire-looking buff dude with literal flaming hair what the fuck, “Dan, this is everyone. Everyone this is Dan. He’s my…” Nomad trailed off and blinked, a look of confused befuddlement on her face as she let the sentence hang for too long.
“Huh…” She said considering, looking up at vampire-dude, Dan apparently, with a confused furrow on her brow. “You know this is the first time I’ve ever had to try and explain our relationship to each other and I’m drawing a blank and what exactly to call you. Uncle? Dad? Brother? Like, I think you could technically be considered all three.”
What the fuck did that mean??? Kon snapped his attention over to meet Tim’s masked gaze, the look of wild confusion Kon was sure was on his own face mirrored there. Around the meeting room confused and worried looks were being shared by the rest of the League. Which like, yeah, what in the Habsburgs was happening here for all of those terms to be applicable?
“Well, you’re Danny’s Mirror, so if you consider him your dad then it stands to reason I’m also your father.” Dan said, hand coming up to his - literally flaming, how did that work? - goatee thoughtfully.
“Yeah but like, I call Danny dad just to piss Vlad off.” Nomad countered, toying with her severed arm with her still attached hand. Kon didn’t think he’d ever get over how casual she was about being literally disarmed and just…not caring. “And I definitely don’t see you as a dad. Uncle?”
The giant of a ghost shook his head with a frown, “Implies that Danny and I are brothers, which could work but gives our relationship kind of a weird vibe. I feel more like his father than anything.”
“Gramps, then?”
“No.”
Nomad laughed, “Fair, wouldn’t want to take the title of Grampa away from CW. Besides we’re both half Vlad, so I think brother works best here.” She frowned, looking thoughtful, “Maybe half brother?”
Dan considered, “Half-brother could work. Though it gives Vlad more credit than he deserves.”
“Oh come on, can you imagine the look on his face if we went in together on suing him for child support?” Nomad asked, fanged grin wicked. Dan’s face lit up at the idea, and Kon felt like they were rapidly heading towards the two ghosts running off to go and go torment whoever this Vlad guy was rather then them help deal with the current demonic problem at hand.
“Can you please explain what any of that means?” Kon asked, more a squeak than anything else. He was starting to get a headache.
New idea for a Danny Phantom DC crossover fic!
Danny always knew that he was adopted. His parent's had always been open with this fact and always made sure he knew they loved him just as much as Jazz. What they failed to mention was that they found him in a crashed spaceship while camping!
"You were so small and scared," his mom told him with a sigh, "We couldn't understand anything you were saying, the only thing we understood was your name."
"Sooooo you're saying Daniel is my alien name?" Danny asked in complete disbelief.
"Yep! But you said it kinda weird for a while," his dad chuckled like this whole situation was completely normal, which admittedly calmed Danny's nerves a bit. "You would point to yourself and say Dan El! Dan El! Gosh, it was adorable."
Danny felt his face heat up. His dad ruffled his hair and laughed, "I miss those days, now my kids are both moody teenagers! I'm starting to feel old!"
Danny found himself laughing lightly. Honestly, this whole thing would be pretty cool if he wasn't still freaking out. He was an alien. A freakin alien. As if being half ghost wasn't strange enough!
Danny could only pray that his life wasn't about to get even more complicated.
900 miles away Clark Kent sat at his desk at the daily planet.
As he typed about local long-lost sisters reuniting after years apart, he couldn't help the depressed, bitter feeling swirling around his stomach. Growing up Clark had always wanted a sibling, someone to play with and help him with chores on the farm. Someone who understood him.
So you can imagine his shock and delight when he learned he actually had a sibling! An older brother!
They were sent to earth in separate ships but should have landed at around the same time!
Clark did what anyone would do and searched for his brother. Then he started college but would still look. Then he got a job but would still look. Then he became a superhero, he didn't have much time to look. Then he joined the Justice League... he didn't look much anymore, and when he did he wasn't hopeful.
Clark was just about done with the article when a beep let him know someone from the league was trying to get ahold of him.
He quickly left his desk and headed for the hallway. Pressing the button on his earpiece, Clark couldn't even get a word out before a familiar brooding voice echoed in his ear.
"I looked."
Clark felt a chill go down his spine, "Did you find anything?" he demanded, sounding more like Superman.
There was a pause.
"You're gonna want to see this."
Clockwork watched as all the pieces finally fell into place. He waved his staff and saw the event that started it all play across his screen. Two Kryptonian ships heading to earth when a portal opens up, a portal Clockwork himself created, and swallows one of the ships.
The portal opens up again over a decade later, spitting out the same ship.
"Yes, everything is how it should be."

billy batson but after he became captain marvel he only ages on his birthday... which is every 4 years because hes a leap year kid.
could imagine a platonic soulmate au where the soulmark is how many birthdays your soulmate has but its lowkey wonky donkey and inconsistent that some people who have leap day birthdays count all the years of life or just the birthdays they have.
i could also imagine a found family soulmate au with the justice league, and they got a 11 on their wrists. they think their soulmate is a kid until they meet cap and find out that he has a leap year b day so ACTUALLY hes 44

Guys... I just watched Justice League, and I couldn't stop squealing (sorry people in the theatre). I know this is late, and Justice League is almost on dvd, but literally anytime Barry talked(or tripped,or was on the screen in general) you could hear me. I watched it with my lovely friend @youreafanimafanwearefans, and anytime Wonder Women came on screen I couldn't feel my arm, because she was squeezing so hard.
