I hate when mfs say “you don’t want a fast metabolism, it’s the worst.” As though I’m not literally slowly killing myself just to look half as skinny and pretty as anyone with a fast metabolism does.

The words that came out of his mouth were verbatim “Do you know how disgusting it is to have sex with someone and see their whole body jiggle?”
Yeah I’d rather be told to eat a burger than be humiliated like that again just because I’m overweight.
When you’re skinny, your body will always be in fashion. It’s why kpop idols go on extreme diets, it’s why tumblr was so popular in 2014, it’s why low rise jeans were ever a trend, its why Victoria’s Secret angels exist, it’s why d3@thsp0 is a thing, it’s why even when the kardashians made being thick the “beauty standard” that runway models never got bbls. Because skinny will always come back into fashion and will always be seen as beautiful, serene, divine, and feminine. And fat will always be seen as dirty, sloppy, ugly, and disgusting.

i genuinely do find it a little bit funny that most of my guy friends actually have no clue what an ed is or how it works like they'd never see me eat around them and the obvious conclusion was that it's just one of my funny things i do
why eat when you should do chores/ activities instead???
every time you're hungry, do one of these things and see if you still are:
1. clean your baseboards / walls
2. vacuum
3. wash and put on sheets
4. wash laundry
5. mop the kitchen/ bathrooms
6. clean bathroom
7. organize ALL of your drawers
8. clean all windows and mirrors
9. do dishes
10. disinfect every handle in the house
11. clean out your closet
12. go through all of your clothes. I mean put on every single article of clothing and decide wether or not you will keep it
13. take a full-body shower. shave, exfoliate, scrub
14. put your hair in a protective style
15. try new makeup/ hair tutorials
16. go online shopping for a fantasy wardrobe / house
17. re-irganize your phone and laptops
18. make an 4n4 journal. a page for safe foods, pages for calories in ingredients, pages for recipes, etc
19. color, paint, draw
20. read. after every page do 5 crunches, push-ups, whatever
i love low cal foods, i feel like ive ate a lot but all together today ive only had 742 calories !!!!

I want more people to know that while the Palestine Olympic team consists of only 8 athletes, at least 69 Palestinian Olympic athletes have been killed since October 2023. This includes athletes who were going to compete in these games and retired athletes such as Majed Abu Maraheel, the first Palestinian Olympian, who died of kidney failure in a refugee camp product of lack of medical treatment.

yes binging is bad and needing reminders on why not to do it is important but can we not use actual health conditions to describe why your 1800 cal binge is evil
i saw one where they had fucking diabetes as a binge con, no youre one binge wont cause diabetes, i watched family die from diabetes from 50 years of unhealthy eating and very little exercise and sometimes it was just genstic
i found this so fucking insensitive, be more thoughtful of things you say even in spaces like this, having an 3d still gives you no right to be hurtful
