I THINK MY STOMACH IS SHRINKING! I eat a small zero calories sugar free jello and 42grams of cereal and I am SOOOO FULLLLLL! I am so happy!! Can't wait to see the progress I make on the scale!

here are few things I tell myself to help me restrict, if y'all need some help or a reminder...

I tell myself this whenever I want to eat, like you've enough these past 18 years, it's time to put a cork in it.

life update!
i've lost about 10 lbs since the last time I posted on here, then immediately gained it all back like the fatass I am. I really hate myself, I am going to starvveeeee myself and give myself stricter food rules, I just feel really out of control, like my whole life is crumbling right before my eyes. If anyone reading this wants to starve themselves with me, they can, we can dm each other to keep each other motivated. I just wanna get so sick I have to get admitted to a hospial, so sick that people can't recognize me, so sick that I DIE. Sadly, I am just an overweight fat girl... whomp whomp... fuck my life. Gonna run outside until I vomit. Then starve until I pass out.

only veggies
only lean meats
no bread
only water
only diet drinks
that's my new diet, it's the only thing that's gonna keep my mentally sane moving forward sadly.
