After years i finally sat down and finished the first book, and immediately went “OK but how amazing would it be if  McGonagall raised Harry instead” So that is what I have been fixating on for the last couple of days thank you! Just imagine Little Harry running around Hogwarts making friends with people who actually attend classes! Being able to transfigure early on in his life because hello??  McGonagall??
