Daggers to the Heart Pt 1, A Game of Thrones Daggers to the Heart Pt 2, Clash of Kings
All depends on whether Rhaenyra told Aegon III. He was 9/10 when she died. The prophecy could easily have gotten lost during the Dance.
The prophecy stuff being in House of the Dragon was such a magnitude of poor decision making. In one fell swoop, they erased the importance and significance of the Ghost of High Hart and the domino effect her words had which ultimately led to Rhaegars actions kickstarting Robert's Rebellion.
It's an incredibly important moment that the idea of the prophesied prince coming from Aerys's line starts there, because otherwise there is no reason for Rhaegar alone to be so obsessed with it. If this is a passed down knowledge, then the Ghost of High Hart did not tell the royal family anything they didn't already know.
It ruins the impact her words had on what led Rhaegar nearly making his own family go extinct for the sake of her prediction. It also very likely added to the events of Summerhall (one day I'll make a separate post about it), but now that's all for not, because apparently this is just commonly passed down knowledge from heir to heir that the family would've already known about by the time Aegon V was King.
It ruins a lot of what is arguably, the most interesting aspects of the late House Targaryean storyline.
But to be fair, at this point I have so little faith in the writers that I'm fairly sure if you asked them who the Ghost of High Hart is, they'd have to go look it up on the wiki first.
