Last night’s squats were amazing at @globalstrength.htx !!! 435x1 RPE7 went up really fast asf, thanks for the spot @ghuylift and Kobe!!! Then some back down to 2x365x6 RPE6 these flew like nothing!! Still making these heavy squats feel easier on me while I prep for my first powerlifting meet !!!
