Another amazing day after a 12 hour work day to do squats !!! 460x1 RPE7 , shit went up smooth and fast asf , with no spot 🥲Then some back down to 410x3 RPE6.5 these were so controlled that 2nd rep 🤦🏾‍♂️ , Finally 2x385x5 flew like nothing!!
