i genuinely dont know if school is ruining my health or fixing it

but during school days, my food intake literally dwindles like-- i literally only had bread and coke today after school and fried rice and sausage for breakfast... no lunch no dinner

im basically fasting on accident cuz i keep falling asleep when I'm supposed to eat
