I just went back to my school after being absent for a year. For context I had a lot of shit to deal with that's why I have been calling in sick for an entire year to go to a clinic. There I learned about my personality disorders, how to deal with my depression and all of that and I'm eternally grateful for EVERYTHING that I experienced there. In that year I also discovered myself as trans and have lived as tyreen for about a year now. my school was incredibly welcoming, understanding and ready to help with my issues, my needs and wants. I would never have gotten into the clinic or gotten help if it wasn't for my school psychiatrist. I know a lot of shit ones are out there but please

IF YOU NEED HELP BECAUSE OF YOUR MENTAL HEALTH? TRY AND TALK TO YOUR SCHOOL PSYCHIATRIST, THERAPIST OR WHATEVER.

Stay alive out there. Please. It's worth it <3
