So Has Anyone Else Noticed That Most, If Not All, Of The FNaF Titles Have Double Meanings? It Always
So has anyone else noticed that most, if not all, of the FNaF titles have double meanings? It always felt kinda obvious to me but I've literally never seen anyone else mention it, and I've been a nerd for a while.
To show what I mean, here's the ones I've deciphered:
Sister Location: a sister location in business is another establishment owned by the same company. Because you play as Michael Afton, it's also the location of your sister.
Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria Simulator: It's a fun lil tycoon simulation game. It's also a simulation, a fake, a trap.
Help Wanted: You've been employed to test the game, presumably after seeing a help wanted ad. Glitchtrap wants help getting out.
Security Breach: There's a homeless child who broke in. Glitchtrap got out
Please leave a note or a tag if you figure one out, or to brag you knew all along

Has anyone done a worldbuilding where there's a common ailment among sailors caused by a vitamin deficiency, but it isn't scurvy?
Like yeah they have all the Vitamin C, if only they could get ahold of some damned Magnesium
Extremely normal gecko

I know people usually see Cave Johnson's affection for Caroline as romantic, but honestly? I've always considered it more paternal. Not to say I think she's literally his daughter, but
Best as i can tell, his lines don't really suggest romance. They just discourage others ("She's married. to science") and the rest is from the standard "executive getting up to shenanigans with his assistant all too common in reality and fiction.
But from this other perspective: Cave's family is never mentioned. No partner, no children, not even a nibling (I despise that word but nothing better has emerged). And Cave Johnson is a man who cares about legacy, so he's going to be looking around for someone to pass the torch to.
Who better than his loyal assistant of, by the time he dies, thirty years? A woman who shares his enthusiasm for science, and (if we're just working with what's in the game, no headcanons) lack of actual understanding? He wouldn't want a 'lab boy,' his disdain there is clear.
I think that, at some point, not honestly sure when, Johnson started to see her as a surrogate daughter, or at least heir to his throne (a back-up at least, in case immortality didn't work out). That's why in the recording that marks his will, he says to put her in the machine if he dies first.
This is unrelated, but I also think it's impossible for GLaDOS to delete Caroline. To do so would be to remove the ground beneath a house, a chair beneath a napping cat. You can't delete iOS and still play phone games.
Ok the poll hasn't actually ended yet but it's definitely trending in a Cool Deltarune Idea™ direction, so here we go
Let's think about this with layers of reality. We're at the top, then there's Undertale. Gaster's weird thingamabob that got him shattered was Deltarune, an unnatural side branch of reality jutting out. Because of its properties as fucked up nonsense, you can much more easily create further growth, these ones another layer down. Dark Worlds as we typically see them. As for the Gaster falling in, I think there's another detail. He didn't stumble or trip, he was pulled by Deltarune Gaster who was up to his own fucked up science shenanigans. Since I don't want to be constantly saying full titles, they're now UTG and DRG. Ever noticed how some events in dark worlds seem to have happened before the fountain opened, despite being too specific to be the kind of metaphor transition often seen? I think they have potential existence, all of the ones opened and all others as well. Half realities. Normally not much weird shit can happen because they're disconnected, but there's an exception. UTG got shattered across space and time, so he can do whatever. I think he's making the secret bosses Cuckoo For CoCo Puffs for, I dunno, fucked up science purposes. Or kicks and giggles, being shattered across space and time sounds boring. Meanwhile, I think DRG is the Roaring Knight, probably motivated by some sort of science shenanigans.
I have little to no proof, but it sounds cool. Please tell me if you find evidence for or against it, or ask questions.
