This might be both the best and most terrifying piece of all might art I've ever drawn

I haven't had much experience with charcoal

And this is the most proud I've ever been with a charcoal drawing

Also I've never had a drawing lit from below or done a drawing with this much cheekbone so that was fun

I finally finished the first part of my fic

I still have no idea what I’m doing

It hasn’t been edited by anyone yet

Toshinori should have known he would catch something from his students. It was the height of flu season and All Might had already seen many of the kids be forced to go home due to illness. Yet when Toshinori woke up one morning feeling with his muscles aching like he had spent more time as the symbol of peace than should have, and a slight sore throat, he just brushed it off as a normal bad day. He was fine, he definitely wasn't coming down with something, he was all might, and All Might didn't get sick. At least that’s what he told himself.

By the time Toshinori had returned to his apartment that night, all of his symptoms hadn’t gone away, but he assumed that they would go away with a good night's sleep.

Because he wasn't sick.

It was nothing.

He was fine.

All might realized that maybe he wasn't as fine as he thought when he'd woken up the next morning feeling just as bad as the day before but with the added problem that the it felt like the world had turned its AC on. But unfortunately the world of a hero didn’t stop just because one felt a bit off, and even though Toshinori was technically retired, pushing through bad days was basically his first response. And because he was retired, Toshinori placed his job of educating the next generation of heroes above his own health, because teaching was his only job now and that was more important to him than resting.

It took all might a while to realize that maybe coming in to work was not the best idea he'd ever had. It's wasn't just that his journey to UA felt about twice as long and definitely more painful than it probably should have. It wasn't his sudden inability to talk for more than two minutes without feeling like coughing up a lung. It wasn't even just the fact that he was slightly colder than he should have been. All of those he could brush off as just slightly more elevated versions of what he normally dealt with.

No, the thing that made all might start to realize he probably should be at home and made it hard to concentrate was the fact pretty much everyone, even his coworkers who knew about his usual health issues, had asked if he was ok. Even Aizawa, who Toshinori didn't expect to care. However despite the concern and the recommendations to see Recovery Girl, Toshinori stubbornly stayed at UA for the remainder of the day.

Because he’d fine.

He could deal with whatever this was was without bothering people.

He was sure.

All Might was less sure by the time he got back to his apartment at the dorms. The headache that had started around the middle of the day, had gotten worse to the point where it now felt like young Midoryia had decided to use his brain and inside of his skull as punching bag to practice smashes on.

He’d just set down his bag of papers that he needed to grade when his breathing hitched and he started coughing. He couldn’t even count the number of coughing fits he’d had that day. However this one felt much harsher than the previous ones, and it just kept going. He was vaguely aware that blood was going everywhere but at this moment his main concern was regaining his ability to breathe correctly . It took a while before his single lung stopped trying to make an appearance, and when it did finally stop, Toshinori was light-headed from lack of oxygen and black spots were dancing in his vision.

He was somewhat aware of the floor rushing up to his face before he blacked out.

So for my senior project in high school , I decided to research the history of female comic book characters and why it is that they are very skimpily dressed Because I had to do an art component for that project, I decided to design a team of female heroes with practicality being the main goal. This team was created in collaboration with an irl friend 1) The first hero is a batman type hero named Silver Steamer (mostly I just call her Sam). She has no powers but is really good at engineering things for her team. She is also slightly addicted to caffeine and is known to pull many all nighters just to finish projects. 2) the second hero is the magic user. Her name is Mystic Mage (Misty for short). She is the most serious member of the group. Usually she's the one to force Sam to actually sleep. Her magic powers come from the gems on her headband and dress, and has a pair of earrings with the same gems on them for casual wear in case she needs to defend herself when not in costume 3) the third character is the speedster of the group. We haven't satisfactorily come up with a hero name for this character, just the civilian name of April. She's the youngest member of the group. Apart from running really fast, Sam made her electric gauntlets as another form of attack (that's what the thing in the center of her palm is) 4) the fourth hero is a water hero. Her name is Crimson Marauder (most of the time I just call her pirate). She has some control over water, as well as being able to hold her breath for a really long time. She can be a bit impulsive and immature at times but hurt her friends and she will put on the serious face. Her costume is a wetsuit with a jacket on top (the jacket comes off if she needs to swim) 5) the fifth and final hero is the tank character Equinox. She gets stronger in with light and weaker with darkness. Her costume has weights at the wrists for more power behind her punches and knee pads in case she needs to knee anyone in the face (fun fact, the padding elements of her costume were based on deku's costumes from my hero academia)
