I talked about it a lot but since the game would 'fix' and probably rewrite big part of the plot. I REALLY hope the Teikoku plot get more development/screen time and Haizaki get involved.

I'm still dissapoint that Kidou didn't react at all but mostly because they could involved Haizaki and they didn't.

Teikoku was an important part of the story, even in GO they were somehow relevant, but in Ares-Orion they were like any other team. What is the point of establish a pupil-teacher relationship between Haizaki and Kidou if you aren't gonna used it at their full potential? We only have "Haizaki learned Teikoku's hissatsus" and "Haizaki getting new hissatsu with them" but without any developement between the members. Haizaki is like "I’m like a Teikoku member but not really".

Honestly I was expecting Kidou to have a reaction like in the Season 3 and Haizaki being surprised because he never saw Kidou lost his cool. Some kind of drama about "I can get involved in your problems but you aren’t allowed do the same for me" because we know that Kidou didn't solved his problems with Kageyama in Ares and he would leave Haizaki out of them.

This would leand to Haizaki to get involved and interact with  Teikoku, the only ones that know what is going on. It's would explain why Haizaki have a Hissatsu with Fudou and later with Kazemaru in Orion, after all, a combine hissatsu used to be important because it showed a strong bond/good relationship between the members.

I don't know. I think something like this could work and the new characters wouldn't be leave aside [since this was the usual argument against our complains]. I only talked about Haizaki but they could also involved Mizukamiya since he is close with both, Haizaki and Kidou. 

UFFF SAMEE. Genda deserved to be part of IJ He is strong + have a lot of experience as GK.  HE'S THE "KING OF THE GK" ;-; Hino please. You can't just open a scar TWICE.

I just remembered how much I wanted Genda to be part of the Mister K Arc in the Season 3. Like, I love Endou and I know why he was there, but can you imagine the four characters most related with Kageyama & Teikoku…together…fighting together to break free of “Kageyama’s spell”? Genda being the intermediary between Sakuma/Kidou and Fudou?

Idk I just like to dream.

Hi, i just read your tags in the misinterpretation of "Gon, you are light" scene ("#killua directly references something illumi said to him during the hunter exam") I wanna ask if could explain this part. If you have time, of course.

oh man, this is on me for saying YEARS ago i would talk more about this and i don’t think i ever did. so sorry…

when illumi confronts killua during the hunter exam, he tells killua that gon is “眩しすぎて“ (mabushisugite, “too bright/”too dazzling”).

this is the same phrasing killua uses to describe gon in the “you are light” scene:

both crunchyroll and viz translated “mabushisugite” differently in both scenes, so it makes the parallel less apparent to non-japanese speakers:

what i wanted to write in depth before and never really got to is that in both of these scenes, killua is thinking of himself as darkness, aka the exact oppoosite of gon, although he never says it himself. this is reinforced by the chapter covers/titles for these respective scenes:

multiple other characters like illumi, netero, etc, refer to killua as someone of darkness/engaged in “underworld work” (闇 商売, yami shoubai, lit “dark business”), but killua doesn’t.

i see the “you are light” scene being much less about gon and much more telling about killua. at that point in the series it’s the closest killua comes to admitting his own worst fear to himself, that he really is nothing but darkness – just like his family always said he was. killua gives up too easily – he runs away and abandons people like kite when in danger. if killua is darkness, then gon – who stays and fights against all odds – must be light. and if that’s the case, then is it really okay for killua to stay by gon’s side? because what if he really does betray gon and leave him to die one day?

mmmmh share some teikoku thoughts? why you like them what you like about them stuff like that?

I hope it's okay if I mostly talk about OG Teikoku since, Ares!Teikoku isn't my cup of tea and I never connected with Go!Teikoku.

Short answer: I love teams that cares a lot for each other and they are of the teams with the biggest hearts. 

Long answer: I'm weak with characters that are introduce like "your asshole antagonist" but then you realize that actually that is just their shell and they are big softies that would do EVERYTHING to protect their friends and the fact that all the members of Teikoku are like this kind of archetype but with their own personalities...well. I love it.

The main factor, aside of "this team is related with a lot of my favourites", Teikoku is of the few teams that feels like a family. They have strong bonds, they are loyal, selfless and very supportive with each member of their team. Damn, they care so much about each other that they didn't even care about lied to protect someone they care about (even if they know this someone hate lies) or walk into the lion's den to recuse their friends (even if they aren’t strong enough)

Honestly I would love to know more about their members but sadly there aren't translations about Inazuma Everyday neither they have content outside of the four most important characters of the team.

Another thought about Teikoku, well...it's kinda negative but I'm really angry that They implied that Teikoku is 'The stronger team' and then there are +10 teams that are better or they are beaten easy (And look, I understrand this is for plot reasons + this is pretty common, but I'm not being objetive here) This is the reason why people underestimate them....and honestly I can't argument against it mostly when, talking about GO!Teikoku, Miyabino can stop a hissatsu shoot but 10 minutes later he have problems EVEN when he's using Power Spike.

Anyway, coming back to the positive side...my favourites members are (aside of Kidou, Genda, Sakuma, Fudou, Miyabino): Henmi , Narukami, Sakiyama and Shinobu. 

The only fanon I stan is "Genda's everyone is mom/big bro/whatever you like to call it".

And I guess I'll stop here before I wrote a testament. lol
