I don't think I've realized how much writers on tumblr love mythology/fairytale retellings :o. But it's actually so nice to meet people who have common interests as I do! I'm trying to delve into fantasy again, so if you have any books you love based on a retelling, I'd love to check it out!

Frankenstein... I still don't know how to feel about that book haha. Maybe it's because I was forced to read it, but I think I'll have to go back and see. I've actually talked about it a bunch with another writer, and I see why it's so popular? I don't know, I liked Jane Eyre enough haha, that had a bit of gothic elements.

THE FIRST FEW LINES HAHAHA. It's like OBVIOUSLY if you do illegal magic, you'd go to jail. Hence the illegal.

When I say this is the most touching story of hope and courage... dayum. I hope this inspires all of you, too.

of course! honestly, it's a writer dilemma haha. sometimes i'll also be in a bad block, but sharing a line and having my writer friends comment on it just motivates me to write again. I hope it went the same for you!

NOOOOOO. but if there ever is (hopefully!), I'll be that person buying the first copy haha.

One day! Anything is possible. It is true that writing in English would help reach a more global audience, but writing in your own language is also so, so amazing. there's not enough of that and I really think it's unique and just so cool to do. I'm bilingual as well, but writing in my mother's language (Korean) is honestly such a challenge for me, but I really wish I could write in both ):

yesss, your prologue definitely made me ask a lot of questions, and piped my interest! DO IT! making a writeblr intro and tagging it was so, so helpful for me. I made a lot of friends through it and also found writers who fit my genre or just love writing! please don't be afraid, we'd love to have you here!

God, the line between giving too much but also needing it to be a secret. I get it. I really do haha. if you ever want to talk about writing things, shoot me a dm :) I'm a terrible responder, but I generally do respond... uhhh
