So this is Stephen as in Stephen king. He tried to rob ango but would up getting adopted by him instead. His ability lets him see ghosts and mimic there abilities or skills so he mimic oda a lot. Stephen mimicking oda does upset Ango a bit at first but after a while he gets used to him talking about oda and the orphans.
