Am I The Only One Upset About How Padm Is Almost Erased From Star Wars Lore And History. Like Theres

Am I the only one upset about how Padmé is almost erased from Star Wars lore and history. Like there’s so little about her without just focusing on her marriage or her being the twins mother, especially in SW art. I get those things are extremely important to the plot and narrative but Padmé Amidala was sooo much more than that?!?! She was the elected Queen of her people, she was adored by her people and she loved them back, she stood up for what was right even at the expense of herself multiple times, when her time for her queenly duties were through she didn’t retire like she obviously could have, NO she knew her people still needed her, her voice in the senate would be of use so she became a senator in a time of uncertainty. She was so powerful the separatists (ol’ palps) sent assassins after her to silence her! This was all before her secret marriage!!! Not to mention all the bills and plots she uncovered or had to be lead astray from during the clone wars!! Padmé was amazing, she even did her duties while pregnant with twins! She deserves more recognition for what she accomplished by being herself, not just Anakin’s wife or Luke and Leia’s mom!

Do you think Dr. Elliott’s student’s left a review on students review teachers? Like 10/10 this one taught us the insides, use this one for teaching.

It is wrong that I like Tom Riddle/Voldemort more than Snape?? Like young Tom had EVERYTHING against him, his family being who they were, his mother practically r*ping his father in the name of “love” and then dying in childbirth leaving Tom only his name, growing up in that awful orphanage with no love, only tormentors. Let’s be honest, as soon as Dumbledore learned about him being a parselmouth he abandoned him too. In a many ways Dumbledore helped make him into what he became. He grew up in fear. He was sent back every summer to a London that was constantly being bombed. It’s no wonder he was afraid of death. And growing up the way he did he knew he couldn’t show it. He had no friends or allies in Slytherin to help him/stay with until he found his heritage. And then he only had power and they joined him under fear or greed for power. I honestly just kind of feel bad for Tom Riddle and sad for who he became.

More later on why I very much dislike Snape :)
