do normal ppl also get this urge to lock urself in ur room and cry ur eyes out? no apparent reason or anything (i am very bad at recognising emotions but i know its a bad one and its very potent) if im not at home i just curl up in a corner as far away from ppl as possible

i saw three different black cats on my walk home today. i followed the first one a bit, then continued. i saw the second one and thought, I'll follow this one then bit he bit me. after a while a third cat spawned who followed ME

A while ago I read about autistic people and nesting somewhere & I think we don't talk about that enough. Apparently, a lot of autistic people like nesting. I love nesting. I carefully choose a space to build my nest and I bring all my little trinkets there. I surround myself with everything I love and everything I could possibly need in the next few hours- my water bottle, a snack, my weighted blanket, my soft blanket, hand creme, my headphones, my charger, my favorite stuffed animals- so I don't have to leave the nest to get anything. It makes me feel save and calm and like everything is gonna be ok. This is a nesting appreciation post. Any other autistics who love a good nest?

my cat made sure i followed him to a closet in the garden where we store the food for stray cats, then made me put another bowl beside the two other ones full with dry food bc he didnt want to eat from the other ones while three other cats i dont know looked at him
