In the span of 2 days I've made 2 elven OCs ive become utterly obsessed with and I cannot think of anything else. Also I think i've REALLY hit my stride with my art and I love where I'm currently at. It's simple and quick by design, as I've injured my hand a while ago and I need to watch myself. But I can now sit down... and draw stuff? It's gotten so easy!

I still remember how much I struggled when I was younger, when I certainly had the drive, but no ideas. I wanted to write stories, illustrate comics... but I didn't have any stories to tell. And now I feel like, as my creative process got easier, the ideas came too.

Turns out, getting ideas is just as much of a skill you can develop as your drawing style?

I know this is partially my own fault, but twitter keeps reccommending me posts like "shes gone", which makes me go "huh who?" and I klick on them to find out.

Now Twitter thinks I am very interested in people mourning their dead pets or family members 😬

Hmmm thinking about a character whos like, a paladin, and who dedicates all their love to their patreon, offering their love to use their power.

and as the story progresses the character stops using their patreons power, as they have fallen in love with somebody else, so the next time they need their power they loose a body part in exchange.

I made these two tiny guys for a little illustrated story and I literally love them so much u don't even know

You know how sometimes insects die as pupae? I need to make a character like that

To elaborate, years ago i read one of Kafkas earlier works, a proto metamorphosis one, about a man who imagines himself hibernating inside his own body, like an insect, while his body goes to a social event. I found it very relatable back them, and I also haven't read it in over 6 years, so who knows if I even remember correctly.

Anyway. A character is stuck during this dormancy. They entered this state years ago and there is no way out. They aren't going to come out of this a fully fledged adult, they are going to perish in this transitional period.

I'm slowly going through Undead Unluck, I'm at chapter 57 rn and I think one of my favourite characters was Anno Un, and all the shenanigans they brought with them.

I found the initial making of a manga REALLY cute - Andy won me over when he read all 101 volumes of Fuukos favourite manga, so seeing the manga being repeatedly mentioned and ending up with THAT big of an impact on the story, that was just lovely!

I've started reading Undead Unluck and it's a lot of fun! (Not,,, regarding all the groping in the first few chapters)

I'm writing this because my mind has been BLOWN by the world building and really cool power system! In the Gina arc, I was taken aback that Fuuko was drawing "sparkles" around the moon and saying that it always looked so lonely, and I though, huh what about the stars?!

Turns out there hadn't been stars in the story until later chapters, when the concept of the Galaxy was added to the story. Which I found insanely cool!
