(i am going to be using the names callie and andrea!)

- callie came out at fourteen. andrea came out at sixteen.

- callie started estrogen when she was sixteen. andrea started estrogen when she was eighteen.

- callie wears makeup everywhere, even if it’s just mascara or lip gloss. andrea normally doesn’t wear makeup at all unless callie wants to put it on her.

- they share clothes constantly. callie wears andrea’s dresses because they are slightly loose on her and look like princess dresses when she spins.

- they have “girl’s days.” they go out to do something gender affirming and always have the best day.

- the most recent girls day was them getting their nails done with callie’s younger sister.

- andrea braid callie hair a lot. callie sleeps with the braids in because it makes her hair curly.

- callie grows out her hair to a little past her shoulders. andrea grows her hair out to her mid back.

- they call each other “pretty girl” for multiple reasons. some reasons are it makes them feel less dysphoric, it’s cute, and it makes the other person flustered.

- callie mainly gets dysphoric from her thighs and her hands. andrea mainly gets dysphoric from her voice and her shoulders.

- andrea’s dysphoria outfit is a soft sweater her grandma made for her and a pair of basketball shorts. callie’s dysphoria outfit is a pair of nike shorts and an almost raggedy shirt from a concert she went to in the past.

- andrea becomes closer to rachel after she comes out. she needed more people to accept her, and rachel did. they realize that they were wrong about each other.

- andrea wears ponytails all the time. when people see her with her hair down, they get so confused but don’t say anything because she’s really pretty.

- andrea’s mom sews the two girls homemade dresses and alters ones they buy from stores so they fit right.

let’s talk about cal’s obsession with blood.

in the school’s security camera footage, we see cal staring at the blood on the floor multiple times. he even says “i can see my reflection… in his blood” when staring at a body. in the midst of zero day, the most intense and important day of cal’s life, he still takes quite a bit of time to admire the blood on the floor, something andre doesn’t really comment on. he loves it. it ignites something within him.

makes me think about him sh-ing. how he’d stare at the thick red dripping onto the floor, watching it pool up by his feet. he’d get in the shower and stand under the hot water with his gaze on the drain as the water turns a deep crimson. he doesn’t even blink. he’ll be anywhere and pick and tear at the scabs on his arms. it gives him a rush that he can’t get from anywhere else.

been thinking about this for a while… binge disorder andre.

he stays on a diet during the day, bringing his own lunch to school and watching his calories all the time. his obsession with food is always blamed on being an athlete. whenever anyone asks him about it, he mentions some nutrition book he read or a diet a favorite runner of his has. he works out nonstop, even at home. he’s constantly doing push-ups, sit-ups, and jumping jacks in his room.

when darkness falls, he starts eating. he sits out in the kitchen while mel meows at his feet for food. there have been nights where andre is crying while eating and begging himself to stop, but he can’t. he feels disgusting after, often throwing up or working out until he has to start getting ready for school.

there’s a scale by his bed, right by his nightstand. he checks it every morning and bases his entire day around it. he’s passed out multiple times during track practices and meets, but he convinces himself it’s because he’s been eating too much.

it’s a vicious cycle. he can’t escape it.

MTF Cal Headcanons

(i’m going to be referring to mtf cal as callie throughout this post!!)

- callie has known that she wasn’t a boy for a long time. she didn’t know what that meant for her though. she didn’t know being trans was an option.

- the first person callie came out to was rachel. she was sitting in the graveyard, listening to the birds and watching rachel draw. she blurted the words out, worried that rachel would hate her, but rachel immediately enveloped her in a hug.

- she’s not very good at makeup. every time she goes out with andre, andre gripes that she doesn’t need makeup and begs to just get going. when she goes out with rachel, rachel gets her all dolled up.

- callie’s little sister was thrilled when she found out. she came up to callie and whispered into her ear “i’ve always wanted a sister!”

- she mainly wears sundresses because they’re flowy but still feminine. plus, the way they fit on her slimmer shoulders makes her happy.

- she grows her hair out to a little beyond her shoulders. it becomes wavy when it gets longer.

- her personality doesn’t change. she doesn’t become a different person. the thing that changes most is her happiness. she’s excited for life now.

- callie doesn’t pay attention to people bullying her. she cries when she’s alone or with rachel or andre, but she makes sure no one else sees.

- she’s constantly told that she’s really really pretty, especially by andre.

- her parents were cool when she came out. it took a second for her mom to come around, but she’s fully accepted.
